Did you know that 70% of small businesses with mentorship survive over five years—twice the rate of those without it? That’s the power of having a guiding hand! Mentorship has been instrumental in shaping our journey, elevating Menace, and enhancing our character. It’s all about striving for integrity every step of the way.

Also, massive shoutouts to our mentors @curtislamar_crowdfreak from @CrowdFreak, @Reyespoetry from @weareculturecreators, @jasonmileslorimer, @hellotherelolo from @Wearewhim , @Thereal_jmalone , and @officialmegmayhem for their invaluable guidance and support. You guys are the greatest and the reason for our lasting growth and success.

A huge shout-out to Adrian for orchestrating an incredible mentorship program that has truly transformed our approach. Highly recommend getting involved if you’re aiming for lasting growth and success.

[News and Information Release] Such a disheartening act against creativity and community, the murals created by Black Out Walls, an initiative celebrating Black and Brown artists in Detroit, have been tragically defaced. These murals on Woodward are more than just art; they are the heart and soul poured out by talented artists who embody the spirit of our city. This violation is not just against the artwork, but against everything Detroit stands for as a hub of creative and inclusive energy. We stand with the artists and the community during this tough time. 🖤

If you have any information about this act, please reach out to Business@Menace.Media. Together, let’s protect and celebrate the art that makes Detroit unique.
