My perspective of self-care days as a mom in 2026!

Instead of spa days, it’s trips to the chiropractor❤️‍🩹 I am currently in a season of healing and gaining my strength back but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I love that my baby girl can also be looked at and cared for, beyond what I know she needs.

I’d recommend Dr. Devan over and over again, she is the sweetest and truly cares so much about her patients. This was my first time meeting her, and I had the best experience🤍 so grateful! Go check out her page @devanthechiro and book your self-care!
