I keep thinking I’ll post more when my muscles are bigger or I’m leaner.

But this is part of the journey and progress is still progress. 😎🎯

It’s not simply about standing on stage and hitting a few poses, Posing is a skill all on its own 💗

The training doesn’t stop when the weights are put down.

Still working. Still refining.

The life of an athlete

We don’t have to, and no one is forcing us but we choose the earlier mornings when required, the disciplined meals, the training, the sacrifices and the days where choosing the goal means saying no to something else.

Not because we have to, but because we love it

And somewhere along the way, you realise the discipline you’ve build, starts changing everything outside of it too. Cause if you have the mental strength to apply it here, you can apply it to anything else.

It teaches you consistency when no one is watching, It teaches you patience when results don’t come quickly,
It teaches you to keep promises to yourself,
It teaches you that you can do hard things.
And most importantly it teaches you to appreciate the journey just as much as the goal.

I’m grateful for the doors it has opened for me, the strength it has taught me, the people I’ve met along the way and every small thing I’ve learnt about myself
Because the medals and stages are amazing, but the person you become while chasing them is just as real

Soon I get to step onto the international stage again
@pca_thailand we are excited for this one

As I head into (almost) 16 weeks out from my second international show, I can’t help but take a little trip down memory lane to my first. 🤍

What a beautiful season it was. So many unforgettable memories, experiences and moments..Looking back, I realise just how much beauty and value there was in that season. a Time very close to my heart.

I’ll forever be grateful for that chapter.

I’m going to miss these ladies on the next one
