We are officially accepting donations for our Nurturing Dreams Scholarship, and this year our goal is to raise at least $3,000 to support current student mamas enrolled at Florida A&M University! 🎓💚

We know firsthand how much it takes to be a mama AND pursue your dreams, and this scholarship is our small way of reminding student mamas that you don’t have to do it alone.

We truly cannot do this without our village! No donation is too small. Every dollar helps us get closer to putting money directly into the hands of a student mama who is working toward her degree while raising her babies. 🥹

If you know the Grace family, then you already know we’re BIG on superheroes. 🦸🏾‍♂️🦸🏾‍♀️

But today, we get to celebrate one of our favorite heroes of all Devon. ❤️

Sometimes I genuinely wonder if she has superpowers.

Somehow, she can be at the basketball game, the football field, the baseball field, the school event, the birthday party, and the field trip. She makes sure the boys are ready, lunches are packed, water bottles are filled, the dog is taken care of, everybody is fed, and somehow the whole family keeps moving.

And then, after doing all of that, she still finds a way to pour into herself, her friends, her family, and the people she loves.

That’s her real superpower.

It isn’t super speed or the ability to be in two places at once. It’s love. It’s the way she nurtures. The way she sacrifices. The way she shows up. The way she keeps loving even when life gets busy, messy, exhausting, or difficult.

The Bible says:

“Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her.” Proverbs 31:28

Today, that’s exactly what we’re doing.

And Proverbs 31:25 says, “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”

Devon, we see your strength. We see the things you do that nobody applauds. We see how much of yourself you give to this family. We appreciate you more than words can really capture, and we love you more than you know.

So today, the mission is simple:

Take care of the superhero who spends every other day taking care of everybody else. ❤️

Happy Birthday to an incredible woman, an amazing wife, a phenomenal mother, and one of the greatest heroes the Grace family could ever ask for.

Sometimes the best way to say “I love you” is with a little sawdust, a tape measure, and a vision.

I noticed my wife was struggling to find a space that matched the growth and quality of what The Mama Pod has been building. So, in less than 24 hours, me and some friends transformed one of the walls in our home into a warm, welcoming, and inviting backdrop that reflects the heart behind the podcast.

I’m pretty proud of how it turned out—but more importantly, I’m proud of her and everything she and the ladies are pouring into this platform.
