coffee has quietly become more than just a drink for our generation. somewhere between late-night deadlines, random life crises, and trying to figure adulthood out, it turned into a small emotional support system. a cup of coffee is sometimes the only pause in a chaotic day, a moment to sit, breathe, and just exist for a bit. over time it also starts carrying memories, long conversations with friends, study sessions that turned into therapy talks, or quiet mornings where life feels a little less overwhelming. maybe that’s why coffee feels so important now. it’s not just caffeine anymore. it’s comfort, nostalgia, and a tiny ritual that makes surviving the day feel a little easier. ☕🥲

O pious Agni ! Consume the remnants of karma, dissolving the weight of the past. In your blaze, the ego crumbles, revealing the formless essence within.

Let the light of your sacred fire awaken positivity
within us. Burn the hatred, ignite love, and step
into a brighter, happier version of oneself.

Udaipur doesn’t rush you.
It slows your breath, softens your thoughts, and lets you just be.
Both times I was here, I carried the city in my eyes. What stayed with me wasn’t images, but a calm that still returns when I close my eyes.

“Strings of Silence”

I saw kathputlis in the market today
not dancing, not telling stories,
just hanging quietly,
their painted faces resting against each other,
as if time had forgotten them.

In the middle of all the rush,
my eyes found them
and for a moment, it felt like the noise around me faded.
I was reminded of a story I recently saw
of how the Jaipur royal family brought a kathputliwala family into the palace,
keeping alive a tradition that once sang the soul of Rajasthan.

Because whoever thinks of kathputli,
thinks of Rajasthan
its deserts, its kings, its veerta and viraha
the tales of valor, victory, and the pain left untold.

Once, these wooden storytellers were voices of history —
crafted by the Bhat community,
they danced to narrate what couldn’t be written
honor, love, betrayal, pride.

Now they hang in silence
their strings still,
their stories waiting,
their art fading;
like a forgotten heartbeat of a once-living tradition.

And yet… even in stillness,
they hold all the colors of Rajasthan -
brave, beautiful, and quietly aching to be remembered.

📍 Spotted at Delhi Haat, INA
🎞 Reminded by a reel from @citypalacemuseumjaipur & @jaipurcitypalace where stories still find home.

Some encounters feel like art in themselves. ✨
Meeting @artbysehgal , the visionary behind Roots and Rebellion, was one of those rare moments. His work is a dialogue of roots, rebellion, and intricate symbolism—just like his journey.
Beyond the canvas, Seghal also brings the same creative energy into fashion with @code.brwn , a clothing line that echoes his bold and boundary-pushing spirit.

So inspired after this meeting at @bikanerhousedelhi 🌌

It was wonderful watching your creativity flow at the coaster painting station, transforming simple coasters into personalized art.

And the scent corner? Pure bliss. All thanks to @airromahomeperfume ✨

Seeing all your happy faces and the incredible response to our shirts made it all worthwhile. Thank you for joining us! 🦋
