POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Banks deny people for mortgages EVERYDAY. Most of them are NOT broke. Keep reading, because this is where the money is.

Here’s what banks won’t tell you. A denial doesn’t mean the person can’t pay. It usually means their paperwork doesn’t fit the bank’s box. Self employed with big write offs. A new job. A credit score a little too low. Plenty of them have a VERY REAL down payment saved, proof of mortgage payments, and still hear no. But they still want a home and they go looking for another way in. That’s your opening…

The free guide:

Find the tenant with steady income and a down payment saved, BEFORE you find the property. They pick a house they’d be happy to live and tell you how much they’ll pay every month.

Sign a lease with an option to buy, usually around 3 years. The purchase price gets set in writing on day one.

Collect the down payment up front. The tenant has real money in the deal, so they take care of the place and pay on time.
Let time do the work. Over the lease they fix their credit or get their income to show on paper so a bank says yes later.
They buy at the end and you get paid out. If they walk, you keep their hefty option fee and the cashflow.

Why it pays: monthly rent, money down, a locked in sale price, and a tenant who wants to stay.

Now the honest part. Doing this alone is a lot. Finding qualified tenants, vetting them, the contracts, the paperwork. That’s what Zegacy handles. We match investors with tenants who already have the down payment, on a 3 year lease with a rent to own path to sale. You pick deals by cash flow.

Save this so you don’t lose it.

Turnover quietly kills cash flow. Vacancy, repairs, relisting, and a tenant who can leave after 12 months.

Zegacy deals usually come with a three year lease and a tenant who is working toward buying the home. That means fewer move outs and a clear path to a sale down the road.

Every deal is different and nothing is guaranteed, but the structure is built for stability.

How does a $2800 booking sound to you??

This airbnb was:
1. $16k out of pocket to set up
2. He spends 1-2 hrs a week working on it (reading updates) bc full time management
3. Its an arbitrage so he doesn’t deal w property issues
4. His true profit is 30ish %

Why aren’t you doing this too? If it’s knowledge, hmu. If it’s time, hmu. If it’s trust, hmu.

Only if it’s money ($16k), work harder. Follow for MORE real life stories and proof that YOU CAN TOO. 🏡

There’s 100 other photos I could put on here but it’s now officially been a year since I moved back to MN. It was humbling at the time but trusted God’s path and plan. My Golden year at 22 was exactly that - golden. It was huge blessing 12 months later - I’m closer to/with almost everyone in my family, rekindle some old friendships and made some new ones as well. I had the best year in business with Cutco, had the biggest increase to my net worth, have a clearer vision for the future while living a more full life.

Some highlights from my time as the Pilot manager
- trip to Cancun where we ATV through a jungle + recorded the cutco song 🎵
- Went on my first cruise where I made some new friends as well as catching up with some of my favorite’s!
- Coached Lukas’s basketball with my Dad and starting to dunk again because of it which lead to me winning the health award in DLA
- Saw my buddy Levi after it had been a few years, served at church with Jacob and year 2 is starting soon as well, took Derek for his Bday
- went to a comedy show with AJ and got back to hanging out more too
-hit a walkoff homerun in church softball + runner up in the tourney with some great people
- went to my first drive in movie and tried the Excalibur in WBL with Johnathan

So many other things I could add to this but the next chapter is to start a new office with Cutco once again but this time we will be called the Maple Grove Dream Team lead by Tate, Caden, Avery and Caleb the best group a guys a manger could ask for they have me excited for this next step and thinking big.

Thank you to my friends and family for making this the best year yet! Thank you to @daneespegard for your mentorship and the opportunity to serve as pilot. At 23 I’m focus on growth, dreams maxing, and being the most influential I can be to serve those around me - my jordan year will be my best year yet.

✨What God has joined together, let no one separate. We prayed for this day, dreamed about it, and now we get to live it. So incredibly blessed to call you my husband and to walk through life together with God at the center.

✨ We are so thankful for our families who helped make this day so special and most of all, grateful for God blessing us with such a beautiful day and bringing everything together so perfectly.
