Nebula goes to Malaga! 🇪🇸 Wow, what a weekend! A week of sunshine turned to rain and thunderstorms on race morning, a true battle of grit and determination. So proud of you all! Erin raced her DEBUT 70.3 and smashed it! 9th in her AG out the swim, a sub 3 bike and a sub 7 finish, despite tripping on the run and spraining her ankle. SO proud of you! Matt had a solid swim, controlled bike then nailed the run, smiling and pushing all the way to the finish. 10th in his AG, a well deserved result after this year! Ben S finished his season in style with PBs across the board. Be proud of another strong race and a tremendous season. Dotty was on flying form with a great swim and storming bike, holding a big AG lead until a dreaded puncture 4km from T2. She kept her head, ran extremely well and finished 5th, only 9 minutes off first. A winner and absolute Queen in all our eyes! Graham was having a stormer of a race, smashing the bike until sliding out and crashing. Luckily he was okay, got back on and finished his 3rd 70.3! B ru ing on Roth 2027! James had a solid day both swim, bike snd run. Picking G back up after his crash then strung together a really great run! Matt P was flying on the bike until he slipped out at 50km/h. A bashed up hip, elbow and ribs meant not the run he was capable of, but the trooper still ran it home in a very respectable time. Ben L…where do we start! FOUR punctures meant a 7km run back to transition in cleats, then a half marathon as the “resilient rhino” his daughter and number one fan Poppy says he is. True perseverance when things don’t go to plan. Katy’s POTS flared up and she was pulled from the swim, very grateful to the medical team. Not the result she wanted, but we’re glad she’s safe and ready to come back fighting in 2027! Agnes and Jo were ill before the race and made the hard but absolutely right call not to start but it was great to have them join the support crew! A BIG shoutout to our cheerleaders Katie, Mark S and Gemma, the loudest and best support crew out there! It was great to have a lot of the team out there 💜 #team #welldone #ironman #triathlon #nebula

✨ JULIE ANN’S JOURNEY ✨ Some results mean a little bit more because of everything that happened behind the scenes. After one of the toughest endings to last year and one of the hardest starts to a new one, Julie Ann never gave up. ❤️ There were ups, downs, challenges, setbacks, and moments where it would have been easy to stop. Instead, she kept showing up. ✅ Learning new habits ✅ Focusing on nourishment, not restriction ✅ Sharing her meals and snacks ✅ Staying accountable ✅ Trusting the process And now look at what that consistency is creating… 🎉 17.8 kilos gone! 🎉 But more importantly, confidence gained, healthy habits built, and proof that small daily actions really do add up. We finally found our groove, and Julie Ann is absolutely smashing it. 💪 She is eating with purpose, fuelling her body for her goals, embracing the support of the community, and reaping the rewards of her commitment. We are incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved so far and even more excited about what’s still to come. The next milestone is getting closer and closer, and we know you’ve got this! 🌟 Please help us celebrate Julie Ann and her amazing achievement in the comments below! 👏❤️ #TheBetterYouProject #ABetterYouNutrition #HealthyHabits #WellnessJourney #ProgressNotPerfection

🏋️‍♀️ FITFUN 🏋️‍♀️ Looking at this photo made us laugh… It reminded us of the old nightclub days when everyone would throw their handbags in the middle of the dance floor and head off for a boogie! 💃👜😂 These days the handbags have been replaced with dumbbells… and we’re absolutely here for it! 💪 Twice a week we come together for fitness, friendship, laughter and a little bit of sweat. Because getting healthier doesn’t have to be serious all the time. Strong bodies. Strong friendships. Lots of laughs. That’s what FitFun is all about. 💚 #FitFun #ABetterYou #StrongerTogether #FitnessWithFriends #TheBetterYouProject
