✌🏽 February … Looking back it was a busy month. It started with a trip to Dubai for World Championships, followed by Red Bull Drop In Tour in Florida, a little weekend at the beach with family, trip to Houston, and ended with having to tearing down my mini-ramp. I’m sure March will be just as busy.

👉🏽LINK IN BIO 👈🏽

📖🌸Balancing From The Heart is a comprehensive & interactive workbook all about healing the world through our kids and learning how to navigate life/motherhood from the inside-out.
Inspired from my real-life journals over the last decade, it offers tools, insights, and wisdom on how to connect to your heart and use that as the framework for your life.
This sacred keepsake book includes beautiful art and inspiration, and is meant to be personal and fun for you! It includes interactive pages, journaling prompts, blank writing space, and so much more. The very last chapter is a go-to resource guide. I reached out to experts in various fields to provide you with a wide range of lifestyle cheat sheets. These charts offer simple and tangible information, tips, tricks, recipes, and tons of other resources and ideas to support you body, mind, and spirit.
This entire book was intentionally designed (taking over 5 years to create!) and is meant to be accessible and practical for your everyday life, so use it in the ways that honor you!

This is an amazing life-long gift for anyone: new mothers, seasoned mothers, or anyone who is in search of inner peace and improved self-care. 🙌🏼
I can’t wait to hear what you think! Tag me and share your journey #balancingfromtheheart @balancingfromtheheart

Come on, mamas; let’s go transform the world….

To the 25 incredible women who joined our moon circle, thank you.🙏🏼 That was a potent full moon, indeed. Worthy of an epic fire celebration with the most beautiful feminine energy. We meditated, held space for one another, released, and chanted under the moon. Thank you moon. 🌝✨

Thank you @kalitutu_ma for sharing your insight and wisdom. You are a true inspiration in our community.

It was so nice to be in community with like minded women. We cannot wait to do it again!

✨Save the date, November 19. Full moon in Taurus & Lunar Eclipse, Women’s Circle: led by @l.g.artistry and @monetiz . Message us your email to join. ✨
