First time learning how to cable cast on & starting to knit my first pair of socks. I’ve learned so much from many talented women who have taught & guided me.

This @naturalfibrearts merino & silk cashmere wool is divine (love this colour palette—reminds me of a bouquet 💐) & I am also loving @officialchiaogoo circular needles— such a game changer! 🧦

Jo meet Jo 😁 One of my favourite things is when our customers meet each other for the first time but have actually known each other on Instagram for years 🩷

Love our fibre craft community and our social nights.

Change of movie for tomorrow. We are watching Calendar Girls. Based on a true story of a group of middle-aged Yorkshire women who produced a nude calendar to raise money for Leukaemia Research under the auspices of the Women's Institutes in April 1999 after the husband of one of their members dies from cancer. The film stars an ensemble cast headed by Helen Mirren and Julie Walters, with Linda Bassett, Annette Crosbie, Celia Imrie, Penelope Wilton, Geraldine James, Harriet Thorpe and Philip Glenister playing key supporting roles.

See you there at 10:15am for a 10:30 start.
