Rugby is about so much more than what happens on the pitch.

@garnetmackinder shares how being part of a rugby club can create a sense of belonging, connection and support — providing preventative support for those who may be struggling with their mental health.

Sometimes, just talking to someone can make all the difference.

Teams look after each other, on and off the pitch.

Meet Ruby, our first ever female rugby scholar! 🏉💜

We caught up with Ruby for a quick-fire round of fun questions: her top tips for girls thinking of picking up the sport, her goals for the future, her favourite team and plenty more.

We are so proud of Ruby and everything she’s already achieved. She’s showing every girl who loves rugby that there’s a place for them here at Kingsley 🙌

Watch the full reel to get to know her!👆

At Exeter Athletic RFC, rugby is about more than what happens on the pitch 💙🏉

This season, every player has been given their own TREDS card as a reminder of the core values that we stand by as a club.

🤝 Teamwork
🏉 Respect
🌟 Enjoyment
💪 Discipline
🏆 Sportsmanship

These values are at the heart of everything we do, from training sessions and match days to supporting teammates, coaches, opposition and officials.

We’re proud to be a club that develops players both on and off the pitch, and TREDS helps us continue to build a positive, welcoming rugby environment for everyone. 💙
