I am so proud and grateful to be a @dexterfoundation volunteer. This amazing organization saves dogs from high kill shelters, often at the 11th hour...and this morning we were at it again! A million thanks and big time kudos to @dogmeetsfamily who shared Annalisa's shelter video and urgent notice. And extra special thanks and hats off to @dexterfoundation for saving this senior chi sweetie. Little Annalisa, who spent 3 months at Downey shelter and was almost out of time, is now safe and having a much-deserved nap in my living room. We're obsessed with the show The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and this little girl is absolutely marvelous....so here she is folks, our new foster...Maisel❤️ ...
(If you'd rather lil Maisel be napping in your living room and not mine, contact @dexterfoundation to fill out an adoption app😉)

Off the food topic for a sec and on to another focus in my life - my two bearded babies, Rooney (little) and Ben (big)! They ❤️ each other! And to think we almost gave up on Ben when we first rescued him! Patience, love, and persistence... And look at them! 😂 Sometimes we have to remember that they're adjusting too. We have no idea what they've been through before they find us. #adoptdontshop #rescue #rescuedogs #rescuedogsofinstagram #love #yolo #notpaleobutjustasgoodforyou #dogmama
