Is your motivation temporary or EVERLASTING?

It’s okay to have goals that you want to achieve in life but when they are your foundation that’s when things begin to crumble and motivation starts to fade.

Earthly gains have no foundation because they are temporary.

When you have something bigger than life, something eternal, something EVERLASTING… That motivation becomes something that’s just part of you. It won’t perish.

The days keep getting stacked…

As you know, you get out what you put in…

Ask yourself, are you doing EVERYTHING you can to be the person you believe to be?

There’s only two answers [YES or NO]

A peak into what my Mondays have been consisted of ahead of @finding_barbara Regional Championship Oct 24th.

Mondays are always high volume pull ups push ups and dips with a mix of some curls just because and also Max rep with slight weight at the end of training.

Total volume just under 600 reps.

Later on I’ll do easy aerobic base training

There was my last set. Yes I know range can be better.

Each round I switch grips from regular to diamond to supinated to wide back to regular. The purpose of that I found is it works different muscle groups of each push/pull which I believe ultimately will strengthen the push/ pull motion as a whole.

I also switch the grips on my pull-ups as well

Nothing fancy here just dips.

After the five rounds I hit 3 rounds of seated curls 10 on each arm.

Really just creating more fatigue stimulus before I hit the last round of Max weighted calisthenics.

PRd today. Last week could only hit 7 pulls

Another PR

4 less today. Probably do to hitting unbroken sets in the first 5 rounds
