Progress inside our Chelsea apartment project. Walls stripped back to brickwork and plaster, ready for realigning and new metal track systems. Internal partitions are now going in, starting to define the ensuite, dressing room and primary bedroom. The kitchen has been fully stripped out, with new lining underway on the party wall ahead of reinstallation. Every stage is checked against the architect's and interior designer's setout, with materials carefully managed and removed through the communal areas, a key logistical consideration three floors up. Introducing our latest project: a Victorian apartment in Chelsea, currently undergoing a full reconfiguration. Bathrooms repositioned. The floor lifted throughout to facilitate new services. A new ensuite, a dressing room and a reworked primary bedroom taking shape. Working alongside @studio_80six and @studiomiaki the aim is to capture the building's heritage and bring it back to life, not lose it. More to come as the project develops. #birchley #consideredconstruction #construction #chelsea #londonhomes

LPF London Twilight Soirée | Upstairs at Langan's The LPF members gathered at @upstairs_at_langans for an evening of conversation, connection and hospitality in the heart of Mayfair. The room drew together leaders from across luxury property, design and private client services. It was the kind of cross-sector dialogue that only happens when the right people are deliberately placed in the same space. Guests explored Upstairs at Langan's, a private club tucked away at the top of a sweeping staircase and long regarded as one of Mayfair's best kept secrets. The evening carried across its terrace, complete with retractable roof and a curated cigar collection, with the attention to detail on show throughout. The setting sits above Langan's Brasserie, a Mayfair institution since 1976, and pairs that heritage with a contemporary ease. These are the evenings that matter. Not for the venue, but for the introductions made and the conversations that continued long after the doors closed. Our thanks to the team at Upstairs at Langan's for hosting us so generously, and to our members for continuing to shape the calibre and culture of @theluxurypropertyforum. To be part of our global community and join future gatherings, we invite you to apply for membership via our website. Reel Credit: @amoveo #theluxurypropertyforum #lpfcommunity #upstairsatlangans

LPF London Twilight Soirée | H.R. Owen Lamborghini Mayfair The LPF members gathered at @hrowenlamborghini for an evening of craftsmanship, conversation and connection in the heart of Mayfair. The room brought together leaders from across luxury property, design and private client services. It was the kind of cross-sector dialogue that only happens when the right people are deliberately brought into the same space. Surrounded by Lamborghini's current line-up, guests explored the newly opened Ad Personam lounge, the largest in Europe, where the full scope of the marque's personalisation is on show down to colour and finish. Set within H.R. Owen's fifth Lamborghini showroom, opened only months ago on Berkeley Square, the setting carried the same precision and attention to detail our guests had come to discuss. These are the evenings that matter. Not for the venue, but for the introductions made and the conversations that continued long after the doors closed. Our thanks to the team at H.R. Owen Lamborghini Mayfair for hosting us so generously, and to our members for continuing to shape the calibre and culture of @theluxurypropertyforum.
