Huge congratulations to my brother, training partner, and constant inspiration — Scott @plant_powered_training — on earning his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under @mr_ippon

Anyone who’s shared the mats with you knows this wasn’t luck or talent alone; it was years of grit, discipline, patience, and a mindset that refuses to quit.

You’ve led by example, pushed everyone around you to level up, and shown what true dedication really looks like. Proud doesn’t even cover it. This is just the beginning of your next chapter — and I can’t wait to keep learning, growing, and scrapping alongside you.

Massive respect, mate. You’ve earned every stitch of that belt.

I left home at 19 to find what “home” feels like
by 26 I realised that home is never about the place

grateful for all of you 💜

Bali – Lombok – Java

Three islands, one country that’s turned strangers into family and felt like a second home over past three years.

A place where I’ve lived both my best days and ended the trip in hospital more times than I’d like to admit :’)

Some say it’s bad luck, I see it as a reminder of just how precious life is.

So dance while you can, live boldly, love deeply, get travel insurance (seriously) and never take a single day for granted 🫀

No matter what you do, live your life your way!!

It’s easy to forget how lucky we are, so stay present, be kind, and go after what you love. If you’re truly happy, there’s nothing to complain about🧡
