This dress has been with me forever. It carried me through my natural hair blogging event days, and became the dress for my at-home pregnancy shoots with both of my babies. And now here it is again…with me in this new body, as a mom of two.

It’s wild how one piece of fabric can hold so many chapters. So many memories. So many versions of me.

I’m experiencing this body so differently than I did back then, and I’m choosing to meet her with gratitude and grace. Grateful for the journey. Grateful to be reminded of the goddess I am in every stage of womanhood. And grateful to be right here, right now.

If you’re on your own journey of motherhood, I want you to remember: you are art. And if you’re experiencing a different perspective around your body, know that it tells great stories of life and care. ✨

the exhale 💫

It’s finally here.

Something that’s been living in me, trying to find its way out…and it is finally here! I’m always nervous putting my work into the world but this feels different. This one feels right.

Head to the link in bio to experience the exhale and everything else I’ve been creating for you.

To more rest, more release, and space to exhale….for you and the little ones watching. 💓

It's late but I'm thirsty. So a caffeine-free herbal concoction will do. Also it is made with love (it's even listed on the ingredients list). Amoré by @goldenflourish.co #SipsbyBox
