Term 2 of our Arts Outreach programme in Kwun Tong kicked off today! Our students are learning the joy of making a difference through visual arts classes and guitar lessons. Connecting with children from the Kwun Tong area through the language of the arts and working alongside teachers and staff from our hosts, Lu+, they are also learning about event management from set up to cleaning up! Thank you and congrats so far to an amazing team! #cdnisartsoutreach#communityart #artstomakeadifference

Cinco de Mayo at Dead Poets? Oh, it’s nacho average Monday! 🌮

This coming Monday, we’re dropping the ultimate flavor bars with Dead Tacos, a night so good even the Villain himself would approve. Expect tacos that are madvillainy levels of delicious, paired with cocktails that hit harder than a DOOM verse.

From spicy surprises to flavors that’ll have you saying MM..FOOD, this is one fiesta you don’t want to miss. So grab your mask (or don’t), roll through with the crew, and let’s taco ‘bout a night of madness. This one’s for the real heads.

P.S. another huge shoutout to @diggitydouglas for always whipping up some sick artwork for us to use 🔥

-/ N+ Sick Collection

The Underground Rules of The Garage are simple - it is what it is. Unbridled, unpolished, unconventional, The Garage is a space for all kinds of renegades. We’re talking about doing things our way. So, about your damn rules? Forget about it.

This is a freaky, messy, chaotic takeover. We never promised clean nor perfect. This is about getting our hands dirty, pumping ink into our skin, having paint splattered all over. Sorry if you’re looking for big name curators, blue chip artists, and a glossy white cube. You’re just not going to find it here. What you’ll find is raw, rough creativity parked right up in this old Chungking Mansions basement lot. For one month, painters, illustrators, calligraphers, photographers, performers, we drift together and let our freak flags fly. We experiment and create whatever, whenever, with whomever.

N+ Sick Collection is our middle finger to the sterile galleries so silent you can hear a pin drop. We’re all about making noise at the Garage, and if you’d like to file a complaint, feel free to f**k off to your little sandbox. Or even better—why don’t you just drop your act and let madness wash over you? It’s time for something different, something wild, something garage.

Wyndham Social gladly presents 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀, a solo exhibition by British-Spanish artist @diggitydouglas .

An ongoing experiment and exploration of the subconscious influence on creativity, Diggity Douglas's latest series, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀, showcases his imaginative use of visions and symbols while paying homage to his Spanish Surrealistic roots. This collection delves into intense subject matters such as substance abuse and the struggles of a painter with acute colour blindness. The deconstructed figures serve as a gateway into the artist's introspection, captivating viewers and inspiring their own self-reflection.

The inspiration behind this all?

Dead Poets is a transient sanctuary which pays homage to the tragic allure of great poets, whose artistic souls meet untimely fates.

The menu, a dark symphony, honors the high risk lives of figures like Hendrix, Morrison, and (of course) MF DOOM, weaving tales of brilliance and demise.

To reflect that in our interiors, the art on the walls pay respect to some of Hong Kong’s most gifted artists. We’ve been honored to work with @bensonkoo and @diggitydouglas so far and will most definitely be adding on.

To add on, art and creativity reverberates through the walls as @sauce.hkg serves up some of the freshest cuts in town.

Come check it out yourself 👀
