My Pinoys & Pinays, Friends & Family, NYCC & Convention Community, New & Old Customers! Thank You! 🙏🏾

Appreciate everyone who came out to show love to the booth on Thursday. I won’t be there Fri-Sun, but it would mean the world to me if you stopped by BOOTH 2240 in the small press section and support my guys @kidheroes x @thecityneedsyou. Take some photos, purchase a comic or simply stop by and say hi; tell them Savi sent you. Happy NYCC Weekend! #NYCC #NYCC26 #NYCC2026 👓

At @theuncannyexp I got to finally meet one of my favorite people and favorite artists! @digo_doodles is an artist I’ve followed online for a few years. Bought art from commissioned chatted with, tried to recreate his art in cosplay… so much and now I’ve met this amazing human and I am so so happy. And I of course hade to buy all the Monet and Emplate art he had. This print is amazing and the original art is so €#£%ing beautiful! So happy to have met you my friend! 🫂🩵

At the beginning of this year I told myself I'm finally making time for all my personal interests, all my hobbies, all the side quests, and all the weirdo things that make me happy.

One of those things was trekking to Minneapolis for @theuncannyexp, an immersive X-Men fan convention unlike any thing I've ever been to before. You truly step foot into the Xavier Institute and spend 2 days with some of the kindest and funniest like minded people nerding out over your favorite mutants. My carousel does this event no justice, because there's layers to this experience I couldn't even capture if I wanted to. Thank you to @warpath_dylan and his amazing co-founders and team for creating something so so special and unique. I cannot wait to come back next year!

@rafsalazart and @digo_doodles really went off with these. So happy they survived being in my suitcase lol!

Had to grab some frames immediately to hang these up. Great work! #punkblack

I had the pleasure of tabling with @rafsalazart @digo_doodles and @artofdonaguillo at uncanny experience and I must say it's the most well planned and run event I've tabled at. The staff, the volunteers and the organizers all worked together seamlessly, and it was such a privilege to see so much camaraderie and fun over the weekend. If I get the opportunity to go again next year I'll jump at the chance and if you're a fan of marvel mutants, I'd highly recommend it.

It’s going to be surreal and X-citing to finally be assembled with the Friday Livedrawing Crew with Digo, Thad & Raf this weekend at @theuncannyexp , with the added bonus (hopefully for all attendees too) to be presenting our connected work of a Krakoan-wrapped Mansion and its residents, representing 4 of 5 houses of Uncanny Experience (sorry, there was only 4 of us lol). Hopefully we’ll make it up to the final house next year! I chose Marrow in her Operation Zero Tolerance (a personal favorite arc and one that currently resonates given the political climate and location of this event) look because we’re hitting a city this weekend wrought with violence and hatred from tyranny, but celebrating its spirit of resistance and advocacy for those who need it. Feeling Sarah’s particular take on how to fight back these days, and so here she is. Here’s an #artprocess of my favorite Morlock, Marrow, representing her house, along with the goddess Storm. Collect all four prints this weekend, and can’t wait to get this out to you all! #xmen #uncannyexperience #comiccon #comicart

X-Men: Gold Team. Rogue
Art by @artofdonaguillo

Saving the best for last, the sassy southern belle with the forbidden touch, Anna Marie!

It was always a bit of challenge reading her speech bubbles when they would spell things phonetically. I found myself saying the words out loud. Of course now, every time I read her it’s just Lenore Zanns voice in my head.

There ya have it internet people. If you like what you see and wanna see more, we’ll have these available as prints at @uncannyexp this weekend.

X-men: Blue Team. Polaris 🧲
Art by @digo_doodles

Watch out for the mistress of magnetism, Lorna Dane. She’s always been pretty prominent in the comics, the hair alone is iconic, but it was so great to see her added to the X-men97 roster for S2. Seeing her title card pop up in the intro was magnetic.

X-Men: Red Team. Nightcrawler
Art by @rafsalazart

Bursting onto the scene is the kind hearted, furry blue elf, Kurt Wagner. I love what he brings to the team, a perspective usually guided by his faith. Still, like in the opening on X2 or in Xmen97, he can be a real BAMF.

X-Men: Blur Team. Xorn
Art by @digo_doodles

To complete this set is the metal headed singularity, Shen Xorn. He has a black hole for a head which affords him servers abilities like gravity manipulation, telepathy, and healing, just to name a few.

Unfortunately he’s best known for his twins wild retcon. Twin Xorn took the metal helmet off and revealed himself to be Magneto. Even with gravity powers, I don’t think anyone was falling for that.

Also, twins are weird.

X-Men: Red Team. Jean Grey
Art by @rafsalazart

Next up is a mutant that needs no introduction, the marvel girl, Jean Grey. As iconic as her 90s look is, this Red and Blue outfit might be her next best.

Really excited for Jean joining the MCU. Maybe they can finally do the Phoenix Saga properly. Third times the charm.
