In Hawaii, “Ohana” isn’t just a word—it’s something you live.

On our football team, it was the heartbeat behind every victory.

At Radford High School, I found a coach who lived Ohana—freely, without condition.
He taught discipline, love, and respect.

That’s what I carry now as a culture coach:

To build something deeper than transactions—
an environment where “Ohana” is an action, not a word…
where service to each other is bigger than the individual.
