This year I decided to jump into some of the coolest but also some of most competitive trail races. It was a beautiful and humbling experience. I’ve been keeping the miles mellow for the past couple months but starting to get the itch and thinking about next year!
Chuckanut 50k - Bellingham, WA
Speedgoat 50k - Snowbird, UT
UTMB CCC 100k - Chamonix, FR

Just found this super old article from the Metro sports Boston - I framed it when I was younger 😊. @diona.fulton you were the author … I completely forgot about that. Hope your leg heals up quickly ❤️ #runningmemories #bostonrunning #somervilleroadrunners

🤩Best Part of #wackywednesday (besides seeing our students dress like their teachers) was getting the teachers to dress like the students! I’m so grateful to work in a community of fun, supportive adults who know how to have a fun time! @rivieraridge #teachers #teachersofinstagram #bestpart #spiritweek #ootd #costumes #dressup #elementaryteacher #middleschool #school

This was a rough weekend for me emotionally and physically. I have been looking forward to running Big Sur Marathon since 2020. It will just have to wait another year.

I met so many amazing and supportive people. Thank you to everyone that supported and encouraged me. Chet and I made the most out of our trip as we could. Walking around was exhausting and painful. We were able to eat a lot of great food and and see wild Sea Lions close up!

Big Sur I’m coming back for you!

The MTF movie needs you! We are compiling voices from around the Community and we’d love to hear from you ❤️.

Here’s how to do it:
🎥: Take a video using your phone in the Landscape position:
🎥: Have fun completing this sentence: I hike/bike/ride because...
🎥: Feel free to answer the question in any language, the more the merrier!
🎥: Use props, be joyful, be honest.
🎥: Send it to us via email: MTFMovie@gmail.com

We can’t guarantee we’ll use them all, but we’ll try.

Check out our stories for more details and an example! And, THANK YOU.

Another great running race delayed for future enjoyment. (Hopefully I can make all of these work!)
•
Not every race does a typical podium. Some ask for safe words, provide costumes, and run for the culture of running. We’re born to run free.
•
Until next time. •
