WELCOME TO THE MANY CHAPTERS OF LE SAS BON.

Le Sas Bon was born in New York City’s Lower East Side, and the neighborhood continues to shape who we are.

We believe being local means participating in the place you call home, eating at the small restaurants, drinking at the neighborhood bars, hanging at coffee shops, supporting independent businesses, and showing up for the people around us. We’re proud to be part of this downtown community and to keep building Le Sas Bon right here alongside it.

This is one of many chapters.
