What a day at the @techfrederick Expo! 🙌

The building was full of energy, with local and national businesses showing up to support and help Frederick grow. Frederick County truly has all the ingredients, and I’m proud my company’s headquarters is here.

Growth is not the same as progress. Progress requires intention.

Some days the future feels bleak. Today was proof that we are surrounded by opportunity. The work is to stay at it, keep showing up, and build with purpose. 🤝

More than 1,200 performers showed up with the same dream, and Ijamsville’s Chris Brookes was one of them. 🎭 @uoftampa musical theatre student recently traveled to New York City to audition for Spring Awakening, taking on a long day, plenty of nerves and the chance to perform in front of some of the biggest names behind the show.
