Guess who’s back, back again

As of yesterday i’ve officially lost 60 pounds and holy shit do i feel good. Not just physically but mentally. Still got a ways to go but this fluffy guy is going down and will stay down. #transformationtuesday

MIGHT BE A BIKER BOY 🚴

Decided to hop on a bike for the first time in probably 15 plus years and man was it fun. Despite not having breaks lol. Not only was it a good workout but when the sun and the wind touch your skin it’s just so relaxing and feels amazing. Idk I really don’t know how to explain it. It was a high i’ve never felt before.

Rare Disease - Real Love. ❤️🙏

18 years ago you asked me to be your girlfriend, almost 10 years ago to be your wife, & I strongly believe you were the reason I survived healing 30+ wounds mentally & physically. Things are a little unknown & scary as we're figuring out things with a new wound, but staying positive together that everything will work out. We're monitoring my wound, cleaning/bandaging daily, & handling it the same way we did when i had multiple. The wound is where i have calcium deposits so we're worried that may effect healing, but being patient through this. Thankful that @discoveringdanny & I have been able to tackle one last adventure before we tackle this next chapter, but forever grateful for this life we've created together. Love always wins!

He fought like hell to keep me alive when i got sick, never left my side, held my hand through the pain, changed my bandages daily, and has always made me feel loved since we met. January 1, 2016 @discoveringdanny & I set a New Years Resolution to lose weight & my best friend challenged us to no eating out, no cheat meals, no soda/alcohol, & working out for 30 minutes a day 5x a week. At the time we spent most nights after work sitting on our couch, ate thousands of calories between fast food + junk food, drank tons of mountain dew, & never even imagined the gym becoming part of our daily routine. We knew that one day we wanted to be parents, and we also wanted to live long, healthy lives together. After the first month of completing that challenge and changing our habits, we realized it was about a lifestyle change, not just another diet. We started cooking at home, meal prepping, drinking water, and the gym became part of our routine that we enjoyed daily. This journey is hard, but having someone there during your struggles and to help you succeed has made all the difference. Together, we've grown closer as a couple & are able to do more things with eachother now that our weight doesn't hold us back from. Surround yourself with those who see the greatness in you even when you don't see it yourself - start today!

From weighing 765lbs combined knowing that we needed to change to fighting back for our health! My husband @discoveringdanny & I set a New Years Resolution to lose weight in January 2016. At the time we spent most nights eating thousands of calories, constantly eating out, watching television on the couch, and weren't able to do things together such as hiking, go to theme parks, travel, most outdoor activities, etc without weight holding us back. We knew we wanted to be parents one day + grow old together & felt that wouldn't be an option with the way that we were heading. We started cooking at home, meal prepping, counting calories, going to the gym 5x a week for 30 minutes, switched to water instead of soda, and spending more time moving than we spent on our couch. Overtime we both fell in love with taking care of ourselves, grew stronger together, and despite setbacks along the way, were still facing this journey together & not giving up on those goals we set. Losing weight is hard, but we're proof that one resolution/goal could change your life, or even your relationship - start today!
