Dish has been one of my favorite Pittsburgh restaurants for 25 years. 🤍

I first discovered it when I lived on the South Side, and I’ve been coming back ever since. Cozy, welcoming, and consistently so good — it’s one of those Pittsburgh places that just feels special.

Housemade pastas in a very quaint setting in the south side flats of Pittsburgh

Rigatoni alla Scamorza Affumicata:
Smoked scamorza, prosciutto di Parma, peas and roasted and salted pistachio nuts, in a cream sauce with Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh ground black pepper and parsley

Pappardelle Setaro:
Extra virgin, garlic and shallots with locally foraged chanterelles, Pacific North West lobster mushrooms and locally grown oyster mushrooms. Brussels sprouts. Reggiano and basil

Classic Sicilian spot in Southside!

Dish has been one of Pittsburgh's best restaurants for years and it just keeps getting better. Simple, limited menu but you know everything is going to be absolutely delicious. Fresh homemade pasta, incredible bar program & cozy vibes is all you need. Make sure to check them aht if you haven't already!

ADCs latest installation is at Dish Osteria in Pittsburgh’s South Side neighborhood. We loved collaborating with Cindy and Michele to bring this project to life. Come enjoy the nature aquarium and the great food.
