✨ A Weekend of Gratitude & Receiving ✨ This weekend feels extra special. 🤍 I’m so grateful for the incredible teachers at District Hot Yoga @district_hotyoga for the way they show up, inspire, encourage, and create a space where so many of us can breathe, move, grow, and simply be. These teachers give so much of themselves to their students every single week. And this weekend, I’m honored and excited to give back to them. My intention is simple: to create a space where they don’t have to teach, guide, or take care of anyone else. They can simply pause. Breathe. Relax. Receive. ✨ Through sound, stillness, and a little time to just be, I hope they feel even a fraction of the gratitude I have for all that they bring to our community. To the District Hot Yoga teachers—this one is for you. Thank you for helping so many of us find our way back to ourselves. 🩷 With so much gratitude, Alyssa

As a history fan, it was pretty cool finding out Nyack played a role brining yoga to the US. It was a lovely day spending time outdoors practicing a variety of different styles like empowerment flows(@district_hotyoga )and slowing it down for somatic practices(@jamie_surya_yoga_studio ), reiki-infused meditation and nervous-stystem flows(@petrinayoga ). Thanks @playfulyogispace for organizing and all the wonderful teachers!@rocklandyogafest
