Ale to był dobry dzień! 🫶🏼👀 Dzięki wszystkim, którzy wpadli na Drzwi Otwarte Flying HUB — za wspólne jedzenie, śmiech, rozmowy, oglądanie filmu Tymka i pierwsze spotkania. Było nam super Was poznać i spędzić ten czas razem! 🪡🥣 A jeśli macie ochotę spróbować swoich sił w samoobronie 🥋, ta ścieżka startuje w listopadzie, a zapisy wciąż trwają! Do zobaczenia! [ENG] What a lovely day that was! 🫶🏼👀 A big thank you to everyone who joined us for the Flying HUB Open Day — for sharing food, laughter, conversations, watching Tymek’s film and getting to know each other. It was so lovely to meet you and spend that time together! And it was just as great to see some familiar faces who have been part of HUB for a while now 🧡 And now HUB is slowly coming to life! 🍜🧵 Our Cooking and Sewing Pathways have already started, but don’t worry — there’s still time to join! 🪡🥣 And if you feel like trying your hand at self-defence 🥋, that pathway kicks off in November, and registration is still open! Couldn’t make it to the Open Day? No worries — there’s still time to join one of our pathways and see what we can create together. 👀 👉 Sign up via the link in our bio! See you soon! fot. [ENG] Let’s take a closer look at our pathways 👀 The Self-Defence Pathway kicks off in November 🥋 It’s a space to learn how to recognise potential danger, set boundaries and respond when a situation makes us feel unsafe. It’s not about being the strongest person in the room. It’s about becoming more aware of your body, your boundaries and what you can do when someone crosses them 👀 During the sessions, we’ll practise practical ways of responding, build confidence and learn how to avoid escalating difficult situations. The programme is adapted to the age of the participants — from recognising danger and responding to peer aggression to more advanced self-defence techniques 🥋
