Week 5 meal prep 🍽️ Keeping it simple, high-protein, and realistic for the week. 🫐🍗🍣 Yogurt bowls for breakfast (yes, I know y’all tired of seeing them 😂), grilled chicken plates for lunch, and salmon with veggies for dinner. One of my quicker meal prep weeks just food that fuels my workouts and keeps me consistent. Day 5 of 45 establishing a more structured routine. 🧘🏾‍♀️🧖🏾‍♀️ I tried contrast therapy for the first time at Sauna House in Charlotte @saunahousecharlotte and I finally understand the hype. I did the public room instead of a private room (they offer both). I went late on a Friday night and wanted more space it was quiet, calm, and not crowded at all. The flow was simple: 15 min sauna → 3 min cold plunge → salt room to soak → rest + rehydrate → repeat. Everything is provided from the showers, towels, soaps, oils, hair ties, and heated beds. You can fully focus on your body and your nervous system resetting. 🧖🏾‍♀️💕 This wasn’t about luxury, it was about recovery after heavy training. My mind felt clearer, my body felt lighter, and I slept so well after. Public or private, the experience is intentional either way.🙂‍↔️🤍 #lifestyle #sauna #coldplunge #wellness #discpline
