Flower 🌷 moon 🌙 blessed us with so much calm during this session.

Sharing Gautum Buddha Ji’s story was an amazing experience for me. So was explaining & understanding the middle way. The calm & stillness brought everyone together, the art & conversations flowed…
So grateful to everyone & everything 🧿

from sound to silence, from movement to stillness, from a limited identity to unlimited space. Agree?

Meditation isn’t what you think it is.
we’re not here to “stop your thoughts”…
we’re here to change your relationship with them

On this Buddha Purnima, pause the noise outside…
and finally listen within.

Because what you don’t express 🗣️
your body holds.
🫀 That tight feeling in your chest? More than stress.
🌬️ That breath you keep holding without realising? More than tiredness.
🧠 That mind that won’t slow down at night? More than just habit.

It’s unprocessed emotion… waiting to be released.
Through breath, awareness & guided movement,
we help you feel, release, and come back home to yourself.

Inspired by the stillness of Gautama Buddha 🕊️ Join us
📍 Dental Excellence Clinic, SKS nagar, phase 2
⏳ Limited spots | Intimate group
1st May | Friday : 4 pm onward

If this found you at the right time… don’t ignore it.

Your throat chakra is not just about speaking
it’s about vibration 💙
And here’s something powerful: our bodies are 60–70% water… and water responds deeply to sound 🔔 🌊

So when we work on the throat chakra through sound healing, those frequencies aren’t just “nice to hear”, they ripple through your entire system.
Releasing stuck words.
Softening fear. Clearing suppressed truth.

Your voice is energy.

Let it flow. 🎶✨

If this resonates, drop a 💙 in the comments or share this with someone who’s ready to speak their truth.

This is the kind of space I love creating 💐🎨
gentle, joyful, and deeply connecting.
First-time attendees walked in curious
and left lighter, happier, and asking for more.
Conversations that felt safe.
Creativity that felt freeing...
Happy inner children 🌷

Trauma Says:
Why wasn’t I enough for them to stay or treat me better?

Healing Says:
Their actions reflected their choices, not my worth. I was always enough, and I will never have to beg the right people to see that.
