But guess what? We love adding in a few extra reps for you 💋 🍑

Here’s a reminder of our wonderful instructor Deana ✨
Deana loves to be active ⛰️ Dean goes hiking, running, swimming, skiing and of course pilates on her reformer in her kitchen! Deana is also Midwife and is going to be retiring in October which means we will be seeing so much more of her! 🥳
.
You can join Deana on Monday and Thursday evenings 🌅✨

Please welcome Deana to the Peach Studio Team! 👋🏻 From December 12th, Deana will be offering 2 classes on a Thursday evening! Booking is available as usual through www.cppilates.co.uk - ‘book a class’ 🧘‍♀️
.
Let’s get to know Deana…
“I have always had a keen interest in sport and exercise, I have ran 5 marathons and have a passion for long distance cycling.
I’m a qualified endurance running coach and aquanatal instructor. My daughter introduced me to the reformer studio and after the first session I was hooked which led me to train as an instructor, I’m now completely obsessed. Absolutely love the glute work!”
See you at the studio 🍑
