Every actor in #UnderTheMangosteenTree has been performing so beautifully that their mannerisms onstage activities and dialogues/modulations remain engraved in audience minds. Am sure no one will forget Dharani.

“Theatre is the perfume of life.”

Theatre has been such an integral part of my life. There is something about being on stage—the magic, the spontaneity, the thrill of the unknown—that continues to give me the enthusiasm to be on screen.

And then there is Basheer.

I have played so many of his characters over the years that, somewhere along the way, they have become a part of me. His life, his philosophy, his way of looking at people and at the world have found their way into my own way of living.

Perhaps that is what theatre does. You don't just play a character, you carry a little of them home.

Come share this journey with us one last time.

Under the Mangosteen Tree — Farewell Tour
