🔥 PHOENIX FAMILY. USA BOUND. 🇺🇸

The Phoenix doesn’t stop at the 7s pitch.

We’re fired up to watch our Phoenix family trade 🔥 for 🇺🇸 as they represent USA Touch Rugby at the Asia Pacific Touch Cup!

Different jersey. Different game.
Same athletes. Same fire. Same standard.

Go compete. Go represent. Go show the world what happens when Phoenix takes flight. 🐦‍🔥🌎

We’re proud of you. Now go make some noise. 🇺🇸🔥

Many thanks to many folks 🎂🙏🏽

You can’t make it to 29 on your own, a lesson I’m grateful to have learned this past year, and even more grateful to have been taught that by those close to me. So shoutout the mandem, the famdem, my friends and dem for keeping me right, keeping me honest, and keeping me in your lives. I’m beyond honored to have you in mine 🙂

Celebrate my birthday with me tonight! We’ve got “Digital Reset” at @thepocket_dc at 7pm! Grab yourself a ticket in my bio last minute or at the door and let’s have a good time 🙌🏽

What started with the Women's Premier League (WPL) is continued by @rugbyevolved .

The Kathy Flores Heart of a Champion Award is an annual award presented at the league championship. The nominees have traits important to and embodied by Kathy: advocacy, mentorship and leadership.

Congratulations to all the nominees as well as the @wer_breakers and @wer_denver who are competing for the Legacy Cup in Denver on Saturday, August 8, 7 pm MT.

Field Trip to a Bay Breakers game July 26! Comment ‘RUGBY’ to join us! 🏉

Did you know Sacramento has its own women’s rugby team? The Bay Breakers (@wer_breakers) are part of one of the fastest growing sports in the country — and after going behind the scenes at their last match, we are obsessed!

Watching a field full of women who absolutely refuse to back down? That is exactly the energy we’re about at Powered by Women.

We exist to support women who show up for each other, who build something real, and who refuse to quit — on the field or in their business. So bringing our community to cheer on these incredible women was a no-brainer.

Come join us for an evening of rugby, real connection, and the kind of energy that follows you home. 🙌

📅 Saturday, July 26th
