The weather held out, the ceremony was stunning, and the love was everywhere! 🤍

Jessica & Cameron were truly such a joy to work with, and their incredible families made the day even more special. So much love and happiness surrounded these two at the beautiful St. Regis Longboat Key. A wedding we won’t soon forget! 🥂

FIVE YEARS 🫒🐆🍸🎲 ❤️‍🔥

It’s hard to put into words what these past five years have meant to me.

What started as an idea has turned into so much more than I ever imagined — incredible couples, friendships, opportunities, memories, and a community I’m endlessly grateful for.

There have been long days, late nights, lots of problem solving behind the scenes, and more beautiful celebrations than I could count and somehow, I still get excited every single time we get to bring another wedding day to life.

To every couple who has trusted us to be a part of such an important day, and every vendor who has worked alongside us, become a friend, or said “yes” to one of my crazy ideas — I’m so grateful for you.

And to every person who has shared our name, referred us, supported this business, or cheered us on along the way…thank you. Truly.

Five years feels pretty damn special 🤍

Tampa Bay could use more reasons to sit down together. Back to the Table is one of ours.

This fall, we gathered at @hydehousepublicstudio for our 2026 dinner. We started with an Autumn Wedge of pumpkin, verjus raisins, shaved fennel, ricotta salata, and black sesame vinaigrette, then served a Steak Flight with koji dry-aged beef, bone marrow mashed potatoes, and red wine demi alongside Whole Snapper with a crunchy collar, pan-seared fillet, bouillabaisse, and vegetable confit.

Every dish was 100% seed-oil free, made in-house, and locally sourced.

Back to the Table is a SaltBlock initiative built around something that should happen more often in Tampa Bay: people getting around a table, eating well, and showing up for each other.

A table like this is how we raise the bar.

90 minutes. That’s it.

An empty room → a full-blown supper club.

No all-day install. No leisurely setup. Just trucks full of stuff, a solid plan, and a vendor crew that knows how to move. 🔥

This is the part I love—the controlled chaos, the problem solving, and watching a space become something completely different before the doors open.

Give me a room and a deadline. I’ll figure out the rest.

Back to the Table 2026 was something very special. It was amazing to see such a group of talented humans come together in one room. Creatives in all avenues of hospitality really shined in such a welcoming atmosphere. Truly enjoyed being a small part of this event. @saltblockhospitality you have a gift of bringing greatness together. ❤️
