Spain part 1 🇪🇸 My Dad was going to take my mom to Spain for their 40th anniversary this summer. My sister and I decided we had to make this trip happen for my sweet mama. It was so hard yet so special. We felt you everywhere Daddy.

When the fam decides at 10pm at night that we all need matching Dad tats!!! 😭 My dad and his buddies gave themselves this cross tattoo in boarding school so it only seemed fitting that we all got the same tattoo together!! ✝️ Dad, can you believe mom did it too?! You would have been smiling from ear to ear!!!!

It is with the heaviest hearts we share that my BELOVED Daddy passed yesterday morning while in Costa Rica for a missions trip with my Mom and a team from their church. We still have so many unanswered questions as my dad was incredibly healthy and just 58. What started as heartburn developed into gastrointestinal bleeding and he died minutes after they got him to the hospital. My sister and I flew to Costa Rica to be with my mom as we wait on the logistics of getting his body back to Texas. Please pray customs here in Costa Rica as well as US customs can process everything quickly because it could take up to 2 weeks or longer to get him home. My dad meant everything to us and we’re still in complete shock and not sure how we will ever do life without him. To all our friends and family who have reached out we can’t thank you enough for the love, support and space to process the unimaginable. Will update with more details as soon as we get him home.

Good times & tan lines…🥥🌴

Listen a time was had in Punta Cana! It was everything hubby and I needed, and then some. A little relaxation + a little lit-uation served in an all-inclusive cup. @excellenceelcarmen is the place to be if you ever visit! Top notch service and the most friendliest workers (shoutout to our girls @bmelo1010 and @deborapolanco98 💕).

A lot of firsts happened on this trip: zip-lining, tasting authentic Dominican food, feeding animals on a safari, getting dirty on dune buggies, and eating sushi. 🤩

But my favorite part was all the laughter and conversations had with our friends. We’re all over all the US, so this time together in the various seasons of our lives was amazing! Love y’all long @jay.massop @djliljamz @iamvirgildavid @eviesevolution and of course my world, @iamcjcody. 🫶🏽

And thanks to our travel advisor and friend @seymourworldtravel on the rec!
