Here we are doing press shots, all from something that started as a little side quest.

It’s honestly crazy how much can change in such a short period of time. From stepping onto the Your Shot stage to playing gigs, meeting some of the most incredible people & becoming part of such an amazing community, and now having opportunities I never could have imagined a couple of months ago.

I’m so grateful for everyone who’s been part of this journey so far. The support, the friendships, and the people I’ve met along the way have made this experience so much bigger than just music. It still doesn’t feel real sometimes.

Beyond the dance floor, Hot Plate Behaviour is dedicated to documenting and providing a platform for artists to tread on the parameters of experimentation — after all, culture is built on risk; The dissection and reassembly of what you’re familiar with, and a shared understanding that cross-cultural spaces can only exist when its participants contribute more than they extract.

Whether you’re behind the decks or breathing in between your steps, this is your permission to be an active participant of shaping the next wave of emerging sounds and identities.

Ass-shaking and deodorant highly encouraged.

What started as a side quest driven purely by a love for music turned into something I never expected.

There’s nothing quite like sharing the tracks that move you and watching complete strangers connect through them. For me, that’s what it has always been about: connection.

I still haven’t made my way through my entire camera roll yet, and I’m feeling all the emotions. There are so many moments to relive and so many people to thank. Most of all, I’m incredibly grateful to be able to share this journey with all of you. 🎉

Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far. This is only the beginning, more music, more memories, more community, and a whole lot more booty shaking to come. 🫶🏽
