This month’s WeNatal Diaries, we’re talking to Darian and Jordan: a couple who turned heartbreak into hope.

After two miscarriages, they found WeNatal, and with it, a sense of agency, partnership, and purpose on their fertility journey. From conceiving their first daughter to now five months pregnant with their second baby girl, we are so inspired by them both.

Their story is a reminder that supporting your body, and your partners body, matters.

Almost four years into @we_natal , and it never gets old. People stop us on the street and show us their babies. I open my inbox to messages from couples who were told IVF was their only option, or that they were simply too old. They tell me their sperm counts are up. That they conceived naturally after years of unexplained infertility. They send baby photos with notes that say, “We couldn’t have done it without WeNatal,” and they invite us to their baby showers (and even weddings!!)

Every single time, it still feels like a pinch me moment.

Ps this is baby scout and her parents are customers who have become friends and we love them so much ❤️

When we started building @we_natal , almost no one was talking about diet and lifestyle as foundational to fertility.
And no one was talking about men’s health as 50/50 in the equation.
We were definitely on the fringe.
But we learned from our own fertility journey had seen firsthand how food, lifestyle, inflammation, blood sugar balance, and bringing our partners into preconception could profoundly impact fertility.
Fast forward five years, and it’s incredibly meaningful to see this work validated by tens of thousands of customer stories, and by doctors and dietitians who are leading a more expansive way of supporting fertility.

We’re deeply grateful for pioneers like @nataliecrawfordmd whose upcoming book The Fertility Formula will help shift how doctors and patients think about fertility, hormones, and whole body health. Her work is so needed, and we’re beyond excited for its release this April.

We’ve also learned so much over the years from Brigid Titgemeier (@beingbrigid ) from shaping our understanding of food as medicine, to helping formulate WeNatal products, to serving on our advisory board. Hearing Brigid and Natalie speak about inflammation, blood sugar, movement, and environmental toxins, and how deeply they impact fertility, in a room full of women and men felt like a full-circle moment.

This conversation is no longer fringe 🙏

It’s the future of fertility ✨

Year 9 forced tough decisions and challenged me to balance grace + power in a whole new way

🔥 From the fires in LA

☠️ To mold in our home

💼 To letting go of a lot in my businesses

🏡 To the impromptu move + stepping deeper into roles to support our family

This year felt like we could have never anticipated all it would hold… but also somehow feels like I can’t imagine it unfolding any other way 💫

That’s my favorite thing about trusting the pull of my inner guidance system… the moves feel fated ✨

Not always easy or without challenge.

But always in alignment 💫

2026 is calling me to evolve again.

Still the same feminine leader.
Still bold and powerful in vision.

But embodying all my dimensions even more 🪩

More wild + free

Thank you 2025 ❣️

You were the biggest year of growth, challenge & contrast I have experienced.

You gave me the highest of highs and the lowest of lows.

We moved house, got a car, secured a visa, traveled to Australia, experienced heartbreak, lost my grandma, grieved relationships/friendships, created new connections, my family & friends came to visit, completed a Hyrox, PR’d in the gym, started writing & creating more, facilitated workshops, Bodybuilding doubled in size, bought ~500 more plants, started golf & jiu jitsu, traveled to the UK & Europe, began practicing yoga again, started back at therapy, stood up for myself & others like never before.

Grateful to be growing, feeling, experiencing & evolving.
Grateful for the incredible humans in my circle.
Grateful to still be here.
Grateful I chose to keep going.

2026.. future’s never looked more bright 🌻☀️
