Eyes Towards Tomorrow II is a vibrant fabric collage that embodies vision, resilience, and hope. Through a striking interplay of color and texture, the work portrays a powerful gaze fixed on the horizon, inviting viewers to imagine the promise of what lies ahead. Bold yellows and greens illuminate the face, suggesting energy, vitality, and growth, while cooler purples and blues provide balance and depth, grounding the composition in calm strength. The floral whites of the background soften the portrait, creating a contrast that allows the subject’s expression to shine with clarity. Each fabric swatch, with its unique tone and pattern, carries its own story yet joins seamlessly in harmony, symbolizing the diverse experiences that weave our collective identity. Together, these colors and textures transform discarded material into a radiant vision of optimism a reminder that even in uncertainty, tomorrow can be met with courage and hope.

BLACK MAGIC art collection -Beyond What Meets the Eye. 🎨
A few months ago, I released a body of work on my website titled BLACK MAGIC. But I’ve always felt that the deeper stories, symbolism, and meanings behind these works haven’t been fully understood.
These paintings are more than beautiful images. Each piece carries a story, a thought, a feeling, and layers of meaning drawn from identity, spirituality, culture, human experience, and the things we often leave unspoken.
So, stop. Watch. Listen. Comment.
Take a moment to hear me tell the stories behind these works and understand the world that exists beneath the surface.
If a particular piece speaks to you, send me a DM.
To explore the collection, visit www.slymegida.com
Not everything hidden is lost. 🖤
