The Mango Tree Fitness Country Trail 5K was a tremendous success!

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated and embraced the challenge of our exciting country course. From rolling hills and fast flat sections to muddy trails and varied terrain, the route delivered an adventurous and memorable experience that truly captured the spirit of country running.

A very special thank you to Member of Parliament Mr. Ryan Rampersad and his dedicated team for ensuring the route was properly cleared, cut, and made safe for all participants. Your support and commitment played a significant role in the success of this event, and we sincerely appreciate your efforts.

Running at this intensity and completing these workouts has been nothing short of a monumental struggle. Just seven days away from the national open championship, and for the past six weeks, I’ve pushed through nonstop with only rest, therapy, and gentle gym sessions.
