An intimate guest list, a private waterfront setting, and the sound of the water in the background created space for what mattered most — two becoming one family.

🌊📸 Tips for Family Photoshoot with a Baby! 📸👶

Beach photoshoots are dreamy, but keeping a baby happy in the sand takes a little strategy. Here are 4 things that made our recent session a success:

⏰ Guard the Nap: A well-rested baby equals maximum smiles! Baby Kevin napped a little earlier than we planned, but he still made it through most of the shoot. Once he hit a wall, we pivoted to photos of just Mom and Dad.

🗣️ Bring a "Hype Person": Position a friend or family member right behind the photographer to make funny noises and grab your baby's attention. My sister-in-love was our secret weapon—she did a fantastic job keeping Kevin smiley!

👗 Choose Comfort First: Avoid scratchy or tight clothes. Pick an outfit that is soft, breathable, and easy for them to move around.

📸 Share Poses Ahead of Time: Research baby photo poses you love and share them with your photographer beforehand, so you can move quickly during the session.

With a little prep, you'll get gorgeous photos without all the stress! 🤍

Back in fall 2023 I had the pleasure of designing my first wedding gown from scratch. The design process has three stages
1. Design consultation sketch, materials sourcing & fabric selection
2. Pattern making and toile
3. Construction and fit of final garment

This gown feature French lace, silk chiffon and was designed with so much love and intention for @jackiebigley23

Now in my new studio space in St Pete/Seminole, I have a select number of openings for custom wedding gown clients. Dm me if you are interested!
