Medical doesn’t have to be dull. The experience starts before the box opens. Custom packaging sets the tone. 📦

Devil’s in the details. 😈

Fatherless Day, Toronto: Round 2. 🍻

We toasted to him, made new friends, and started new traditions out of old ones. For many, it was the first Father’s Day that felt good in a long time.

And we can’t wait to do it again soon.

I created this shirt for athlete body builders.
Most of us if not all of us suffer with mental health issues; whether that be depression. Anxiety. Panic attacks, insecurities, other disorders. Bpd, body dysmorphia, comparison to other people and comparisons to old version of ourselves. The sport is not just hard physically, but mostly hard for our mental health. We’re striving to be better every single day
trying to be the best version of ourselves physically sometimes we forget the mental aspect
sometimes we’ve stopped being present in time, focussed on a date, focussed on a timeline, trying to speed it all up for forgetting to enjoy the process of why we’re doing it.
We love this. This is a lifestyle not just a sport if you learn how to live this lifestyle every single day it becomes a version of you. So you might as well enjoy it stop stressing, stop overthinking, stop comparing yourself the other athletes; you don’t know what they’ve done
how much they’ve gone through to achieve the physique that they have

so comparing yourself to others
its the wrong way to live
cause you don’t fully understand what they’ve done to get there.

head down, blinders on keep your mental health and check and be the best version of yourself not just physically but mentally as well so you can learn to enjoy and love the sport/lifestyle and be happy.

New pals hats just came out and we gave our Head Of Content hat #1 . All hats are limited to 100 hats and then never again made. We’re thinking about selling 10 hats from each drop, what do you think?
Big thanks to our friends at @dm.merchandiseinc for making our vision come to life!
