Back to the Karate One Premier Leagues again🥋🇹🇷📍
It’s always a pleasure to compete at this high level of competition with the best athletes in the world 🌍

We ended 2nd in my pool with two wins ✅ & one loss ❌
I was not far from being in the Quarterfinals this time 😭
I really felt that it was the time and I could do it, but unfortunately it didn’t go as I wished 💔 I lost 5-2 Vs. 🇯🇵 in the last match…

I’m happy with the progress, I felt great inside the tattami, and I tried my best to adapt my body with the new rules, and it was quite good 💪🏼

Now back to Kuwait, we work more and we continue the process for the next one 📈 YALLAH! الحمدلله 🤲

2025 wasn’t easy.
It gave me proud moments, then tested me with pain, doubt, and rehabilitation.
I skipped some competitions , questioned myself, and had to learn patience the hard way.
But I didn’t quit.
I healed, I came back, and I proved to myself what I’m capable of.
This year changed me.
I’m walking into 2026 stronger — in body, mind, and heart.

23rd World Karate Championship Cairo - Egypt 🇪🇬📍

A big step for me and a great new experience to feel the atmosphere of being a national coach at the highest level of competition 🌍🥋
To be able to sit behind my brothers back at that big competition was truly a pleasure .. I just can say that this is the future that I’m looking forward to after retiring from competing 🎯
•
I was honored to be behind my brother @salmanalmosawi who did an amazing job and made us all proud to represent himself & to represent Kuwait among the best 32 athletes in the world 🌍
I saw all the hard work and sacrifices until he reached to that place, it was definitely not easy but we always believed that one of us will be there, and he did it 🫡
•
Unfortunately, we were unlucky to face Japan the “World Champion” in the round of 16th and we were not able to fight more at that big event 😕
Whatever was the result, we are thankful and I’m so proud of you Salman and your hard work 💪🏼 it was a big pleasure for me to be there with you, to feel every small detail and to share this stage together 👬♾️

There are a lot coming ahead for both of us inshallah 🤩
I’m excited and hungry for more HISTORY together 🫡

تشرفت بالوجود خلف أخي سلمان الذي مثّل الكويت ومثلنا جميعاً بين أفضل 32 لاعب بالعالم بجدارة، ورغم الخروج أمام بطل العالم في دور ال 16، إلا أني فعلاً فخور بالرحلة والجهد والإنجاز ألي فعله خلال السنتين ألي طافو 🤴

القادم أجمل بإذن الله…
والطريق ما زال طويلًا نحو صناعة التاريخ معاً 🫡💪🏼

انتهت مشاركتي في بطولة العالم لفئة الفردي في #القاهرة لأفضل ٣٢ لاعب بالعالم من دور ال١٦ بعد ثلاث أدوار في دور المجموعات قدرت أني أتأهل لدور ال١٦ و لكن للأسف مواجهتي كانت صعبة لأنها كانت ضد الاعب الياباني المصنف الأول على العالم و صاحب الميدالية الذهبية في البطولة.
•
بكل أمانة، عدم تمكني من التأهل إلى الأدوار النهائية و الأخيرة من البطولة كان أمر محزن بالنسبة لي.. التفكير أتعبني لأنه حرفياً هذه البطولة كانت هدفي من سنتين و ثقتي برب العالمين كانت كبيرة بأنه يكون لي نصيب من التأهل لهذا الحدث الكبير.. وعدت نفسي بأني أبذل كل شئ أقدر عليه حتى أطلع بأحسن صورة.. أذكر كل تمرين تمرنته و كل يوم كنت في صالة التمرين سواء كان التمرين بالجيم أو في صالة الكراتيه.. أذكر شلون كنت أكلم نفسي كل ما أتعب و أقول "سلمان.. ماكو شي اسمه تعب.. كمل و اجتهد و أسعى.. الهدف يستاهل أعمل بالأسباب و رب العالمين يكرمك.. لا تطوف أي تمرين"
و لكن في أوقات مهما عملت و سويت، حكمة رب العالمين تكون مختلفه عنك و ساعات الخسارة تكون فيها خير لمستقبل أفضل.. الحمدلله على كل حال أشكر الله على نعمة الصحة و العافية و على كل مجهود بذلناه بعيداً عن الإصابات و على كل التوفيق خلال فترة الإعداد.

فخور بتأهلنا لهذا الحدث الكبير و الإنسان مايقدر يوصل حق شي بحياته لولا مساعدة ناس قراب منه معاه في كل خطوة.. أخص بالشكر:
•والديني و أهلي الله يحفظهم.
•
•مدربيني كبتن سيد علاء الدين نيكوفر و دكتور يحيى و دكتور حسين على مجهودهم و تعبهم معانا.
•
•أخوي و توأمي إلي كنت دايماً أشوف بعيونه أنه يبيلي الأفضل و سعى بكل شئ عشان يخليني أكون جاهز و يكفي بأنه كان معاي كمدربي في البطولة و ساعدني بأني ألعب أحسن ماعندي رغم صعوبة البطولة.

•أخوي صقر الدباسي إلي تعنا من الكويت بس عشان يكون معانه.. هذا الإنسان لو شنو أقول ما أوفيه حقه•

•أخوي عبدالله شعبان العالمي إلي كنا بس أنا وياه من الكويت متأهلين لهذه البطولة الكبيرة.. أشكره على كل شي يسويه سواء كلاعب أو كعضو في اللجنة الأولمبية عشان يوفرلنا كل شئ محتاجينه.
