One word for Coach Tibbs @megan_tabib - STRONG 💪🏽🏋🏻‍♀️.

Coach Tibbs of @s3ecrossfit crushed her recent testing with us. Her excellent results across the board are evidence of all the years of hard work she’s put in. Lean mass levels through the roof! Not to mention that Excellent VO2max result 😏.

Megan has been doing CrossFit for 12 years, started coaching in 2018 and has her level 2 cert. Her goal is to be as healthy and independent as long as possible.

We appreciate you in coming in and look forward to working with you and S3E for years to come.

If you’re looking for a new gym to get your strong on, check out S3E. Send @s3ecrossfit a DM and let them know we sent ya!

One of the biggest challenges in ACL rehab isn’t just physical—it’s mental. 🧠 During our mentorship call, Ross shared strategies for helping athletes push through fear and hesitation: integrate them early with S&C, learn who they are beyond the injury, use empowering language (never catastrophize), and even change the environment—sometimes the best therapy happens outside the clinic.

👉 How do you help athletes get over the mental side of ACL recovery?
