Closing out 35 Mules first-ever health, balance and well-being 4-part series tailored to founders. A big thank you to Dr. Ken Grey for not only donating time away from his practice and his own startup Vell Health, but to create this for our program and volunteer your time to share the messages.

A program as long as 35 Mules, I get to see the struggles and sacrifices founders face up close. It has been on my heart for some time to find the right person to share how health and wellness for founders has to be a priority even if they work and live differently.

A successful business is a sustainable one, and it requires founders and a culture that puts humans and their health as a priority. 🫶

🏍️ Built for the Road Less Traveled.

For Episode 5 of Season 2 of Maximum Health: Road to Wellness, the Honda Africa Twin proved exactly why it’s one of the world’s great adventure motorcycles.

More than 200 miles round trip, beginning and ending in Hoboken, New Jersey—through highways, winding back roads and rural countryside—from Grounds For Sculpture to Gorgeous Goat Creamery and Hidden Springs Lavender & Alpaca Farm.

The Africa Twin handled it all.

Power when I needed it. Comfort for the long miles. Agility through changing terrain. And the confidence to keep exploring when the road became a little less predictable.

That’s what adventure riding is about—and it’s also what Maximum Health: Road to Wellness is about.

The motorcycle gets us there. The road introduces us to places we never expected. And the people we meet along the way make the journey unforgettable.

🏍️ Honda Africa Twin. New Jersey. 200+ miles. One incredible adventure.

Stay tuned for Season 2 of Maximum Health: Road to Wellness, coming to PBS in early 2027.

Sneak Peek: Season 2, Episode 5 — New Jersey 🏍️🌿

New Jersey like you’ve never seen it before.

For Episode Five of Maximum Health: Road to Wellness, I rode more than 200 miles round trip from Hoboken in search of the unexpected—and New Jersey delivered.

From the extraordinary art and natural beauty of Grounds For Sculpture, approximately 65 miles from Hoboken, to another 40 miles off the beaten path at Gorgeous Goat Creamery, and then roughly 25 more miles to the breathtaking lavender fields and alpacas of Hidden Springs Lavender & Alpaca Farm—this journey revealed a side of New Jersey I never knew existed.

Incredible places. Unexpected experiences. And, most importantly, some of the most genuine and wonderful people I have ever had the privilege of meeting.

The journey began and ended in beautiful Hoboken, where I also had the pleasure of meeting the city’s wonderful new mayor, Emily B. Jabbour.

This is what Maximum Health: Road to Wellness is all about: getting off the beaten path, embracing the unexpected, and discovering that sometimes the most extraordinary places—and people—are closer than we ever imagined.

Stay tuned for Season Two of Maximum Health: Road to Wellness, coming to PBS in early 2027. 🏍️🌎🌿

IT’S OFFICIAL.

After years of building, investing, innovating, and believing in a better future for healthcare, I am incredibly proud and grateful to share a defining milestone for VELL Health.

On July 5, 2026, the CMS ACCESS Model officially launched—and VELL LLC entered an extraordinary new chapter.

Why is this moment so significant?

Because VELL was built on a simple but ambitious belief:

Healthcare should not end when a patient leaves the doctor’s office.

Our vision has always been to unite patients and care providers through AI-augmented, physician-driven technology that supports prevention, chronic disease management, healthier daily decisions, and better long-term outcomes.

Today, that vision has reached an entirely new level.

After years of development, investment, perseverance, and belief, VELL has entered a federal healthcare model focused on advancing scalable solutions for Medicare beneficiaries living with chronic conditions.

For our investors, physicians, developers, advisors, partners, and everyone who believed in VELL when it was still only a vision:

Thank you.

You helped us reach this moment.

We didn’t build VELL simply to create another health app.

We built VELL to help create a better model for healthcare.

The next chapter has begun.

VELL HEALTH
AI-Augmented. Physician-Driven. Built for the Future of Health.
