Forget dragons. We found the ones that live underwater.

Mantas are our kind of dragons. They don’t breathe fire. They fly through the ocean, glide over your head and sometimes circle back just to have another look at you. They’re smart, curious and ridiculously graceful. Every dive with them feels like you’ve wandered into another world.

We go scuba diving looking for these ocean dragons because there is never a dull moment when mantas are around. One second they’re cruising past you, the next they’re performing effortless loops right above your head. We’re completely in love with them. If dragons had chosen the ocean as their home, we’re pretty sure they’d look a lot like mantas.

A dive with us is never just a dive.

Every time you choose to travel with One Ocean One Love, you become a small part of something that reaches beyond the ocean.

This year, together with our diving community, we were able to contribute towards the Catholic Club Orphanage Trust’s Hygiene Initiative, helping provide menstrual hygiene products across 24 homes.

And while the numbers tell one part of the story, what means the most to us is knowing that your choice to dive with us helped make this possible.

So to every diver who has travelled with us, trusted us, supported us and shared an adventure with us, thank you.

We’re incredibly grateful to have you as part of the OOOL family.

Scuba, freediving, or snorkeling?
At least we don’t have to choose only one with @scubaspamaldives although some guests just opt to “boat” staying on the boat to enjoy the view, amenities, and so much good food .
I’ve taught both scuba and freediving for many years before sharks took up 24 hours of my day (yes I even dream about them 😍🦈) and I enjoy both for different reasons 🩵🩵 I think anything that keeps you in the water, in nature, viewing wildlife and feeling connected and that feeling I’ve only experienced from snorkeling, freediving, and scuba diving, that feeling of connection-to-infinity when I’m immerse in and connect to the ocean water 🌎🌏🌍
Secret 🤫 I also want more people to get into diving so they can keep an eye out for entangled marine life and help us pick up man-made marine debris and see the beauty and plight for themselves so they I hope are inspired to take a more active role in marine conservation 🤫😉🩵
Everyday this trip I’ve woken up so grateful for this experience to explore. It’s experiences, not material possessions, that truly matter the most to me personally.
I’m grateful to travel, to broaden my perspectives on the world, immerse in different areas, explore, learn from different people and I think consistently traveling when I was younger also helped me grow and has certainly shaped who I am.

I know sharks and deep water might scare people BUT when you join @juansharks expedition it might just be one of the most beautiful experiences of your life (and you can start shallow 😉🏝️)
😍 We are freediving, snorkeling, and scuba 🤿 diving with the best in the Maldives, the highly skilled, extensively experienced and trained locals @pelagicdiversfuvahmulah make diving at this special place with their local sharks so enjoyable.
⚠️Freediving, snorkeling, and SCUBA diving can be done safely and respectfully when you go with knowledgeable guides ❤️🦈❤️
@juansharks and I LOVE the Maldives and love to visit different parts of it for different species, but we especially love to visit this extremely special place, the only place in the world where we can guarantee you can see a tiger shark 🦈
The people are kind and have embraced and coexisted with sharks here for generations and I cannot say enough good things about @inah_shark team @pelagicdiversfuvahmulah and I hope you can join us on an adventure here next year or with #PelagicDiversFuvahmulah on your own schedule anytime 🩵🦈🩵
@juansharks is going to try to do a group match for trips, maybe with multiple groups of different skill levels, so if you’re interested in freediving, snorkeling, or scuba diving and learning more about shark behavior, safety, and getting 1:1 coaching, learning about shark conservation, science, and photography then please fill out the application on OneOceanDiving . C o m under the “expedition” page and he will be contacting for group suggestions later this year for a trip next July 🦈🩵🦈 Dates TBD
