What does it really take to build a product brand? 👀📸 I took a group of young people I’ve been mentoring through the full journey of a real product brand shoot. From the preparation and planning, to creating content, understanding the customer, promoting the product and ultimately thinking about how we turn attention into sales. At just 16, they’re already learning that entrepreneurship isn’t just about having a great idea. It’s about strategy. Branding. Marketing. Content. Customer experience. Sales. And most importantly… taking action. This was about giving them the opportunity to see what happens behind the finished Instagram post and to experience the process for themselves. From idea → brand → content → promotion → customer. 🚀 I’m passionate about giving young people practical experiences that help them for their futures, understand business, build confidence and realise that their ideas have real potential. And honestly… watching them get involved, ask questions and start thinking like entrepreneurs was the best part. ❤️ The next generation of entrepreneurs are already here. We just need to give them the opportunity to learn, create and build. 💫 Product drops 08.10.26 #mentoring #learnbydoing #businesseducation #entrepreneurialmindset #businessskills

September is ESEA month (East South East Asia month since 2021) and some of you may be visiting various events such as @celebrasiauk this weekend. I have always been proud of my culture and heritage. I hope we all continue to embrace each other’s value and differences with open hearts and minds. Don’t hide who you are. It is what makes you beautiful inside and out ❤️🙏🏽💙 Thank you to my beautiful photographer @yourpixelspro for capturing this shot of me wearing my Filipiniana top at work this week 🙏🏽 The song playing is in Tagalog called🎶 Ang Tanging Alay ko (A religious song). The specific words here “Ang tanging alay ko sa Iyo aking Ama. Ay buong buhay ko puso’t kaluluwa” means “The only offering I have for You, my Father Is my whole life, heart, and soul”. 🥰 #mamatashaofficial #esea #philippines #filipino #heritage

My journey back to Glow ✨ is real darlings. Changing big things and small things to see if I can help enhance my power, performance and motivation. One of the small but simple things I have been doing is taking my @healthymetalhq Magnesium supplement drink every evening whilst winding down for bed 😴 Something easy I could add to my already busy routine as a full time working mama, carer and business person. I used to drink a cup of tea before bed, now I drink this instead. I especially like the original Raspberry Lemon flavour with warm water ☕️ when it’s a colder temperature outside, but my new favourite to cool me down before bed is the Mango Pineapple flavour 🍹 😍 Link 🔗 is in my bio but feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Sending Love & light to all 😘🙏🏽 Mama Tasha #mamatashaofficial #healthymetal #supplements #sleep #glow

Sharing with you my new nightly routine 😉 @healthymetalhq Healthy Metal is a Magnesium Glycinate drink to help bring calmness and relaxation so you can sleep better. As a woman over 40, going through menopause, and working in a high stress environment, it has been difficult for me to feel calm and relaxed. And my sleep 🫣 not usually more than 4 hours straight. So when I heard about Healthy Metal when I was looking for an alternative magnesium supplement I had to try it. I sipped my Raspberry Lemon 🍋 flavour drink about an hour before bed each night (in this heat I made it with cold water and the lemony tart flavour was not too sharp at all compared to my usual honey lemon nightcap ☺️. By day 3 I felt and saw a difference in my sleep pattern, and by day 5 I was waking up more rested and reenergised. Use my link in my bio to order your FREE 5 DAY TRIAL (Code: MAMATASHA88) and see for yourself. Cheers loves 🍸 to more calm, relaxation and sleep for us all so we have the energy to make the difference we all do each day. Love and blessings. Mama T ❤️🤍❤️🤍 #healthymetal #magnesium #eveningroutine #rest #recuperation
