My first Natural Bodybuilding
Competition. What an experience!🏅

After weeks of preparation, discipline, and pushing myself outside my comfort zone, I finally got to step on stage and experience what competing in natural bodybuilding is really like.

Looking back, I couldn’t be happier that I went for it. I’m proud of what I accomplished and even more grateful for everything I learned along the way.

One thing I can say for sure: training for hypertrophy and building muscle in the gym is one thing, but preparing to step on a bodybuilding stage is a whole different experience. Some days I felt amazing, other days completely drained. The strict dieting, intense training, cardio, and mental challenges… every part of it taught me something.

Coming from a background in different sports and training disciplines, bodybuilding introduced me to a whole new level of patience, discipline, and mental strength. It reminded me that no matter how much experience you have, there’s always more to learn and room to grow as an athlete. I have so much respect for everyone who takes on this challenge.

Above all, I’m grateful to God for giving me the strength to keep going, the opportunity to live this experience, and the chance to fulfill a dream I’ve had since I was a teenager. A reminder to keep trusting His plan and His timing.

A huge thank you to my coach @opio_dfac_pro for his guidance throughout this prep, to my family @lizzette_condor and everyone who supported me, sent messages, and showed up to cheer me on, and to all the athletes I got to share the stage with. You all made this experience even more special.

The memories, friendships, lessons, and of course, that post show food! Definitely an experience I’ll never forget.

Different disciplines.
Different challenges.
Same mindset. 🦅

God’s timing > My timing 🙏

One of the most beautiful things to witness in the Flow Zone was the support between strangers.

That shared encouragement is what makes this community so special.

A huge thank you to our incredible instructors who created such a welcoming, supportive and inspiring space. Your energy made this zone what it was. 🙏✨
