this past year has been awesome- even through our little rebellious phases as you’re getting a bit older. you are settling in to being the best service dog, alerting on your own and performing in public without a second thought. you are still super happy in the show ring and that makes me happy. you are happy to participate in sports (and now akc sports are in our future. i’ve saved over 100 trials LOL so we’ll definitely make it to 1). you are attentive and thoughtful- your brain amazes me everyday in how you work out situations. you are a kind little dog and a great breed ambassador. & even though you can’t read (though i think you’d love to if you could), i am so so proud of you and i love you 💚 i can’t wait to see how you mature and what we accomplish in this next year

With tears in our eyes and hearts overflowing with gratitude, we get to tell you something HUGE!!!

Not just adopted.

Home. Forever❤️🥹

Home with the most wonderful mom and dad we could have ever dreamed of for him. Home with people who already love him beyond words. Home with a family who sees him not for what he lost, but for the beautiful, resilient soul that he is. Home in Napa, where every day will be filled with love, adventures, soft beds, and all the joy he fought so hard to experience.

There are no words big enough to thank everyone who carried this boy to his happy ending.

Thank you to @_maggiethepug_ for always saying yes to foster and making it so we could say yes to saving Hugo.

Thank you to @cosmic_rescue_babe who loved Hugo like her own and stood beside him through every heartbreaking and beautiful moment.

Happy Dog Dad Day to Finley’s dad and all the other Dog Dads out there spoiling their pups! Thank you for being the best treat dealer, being the honorary poop scooper, letting our four pups (and me 🫣) take up 99.9% of the bed 😌, and happily accepting that our house is run by four furry mob bosses.
We love you, and I know my payment in tail wags and kisses is more than sufficient 🐶🐾!

This weekend was the 1st Annual @bayareapugproject Pug Prom 🪩🎉 complete with DJ, dance floor, royal court, photo booth, vendors, candy bar, raffle, silent auction, and of course adorable pugs dressed to impress🥰🩷🐾

And although my mom was my prom date and my style of dance was against the code of conduct, I still had a blast 😜🤣🍑✌️
