Last week, me and @doit_likemike headed over to @dexafit_cincinnati for some next-level performance testing

We started with a DEXA scan — the gold standard for body comp — and then jumped into a full VO2 Max test. Big shoutout to Dr. DeMarco and his team for making us feel like we were stepping into the Olympic Training Center

🫁 VO2 Max Results: Mike – 68 (freak) Me – 55 (pretty decent)

What’s cool is that VO2 testing can be done running, walking, or on a bike — super accessible no matter your fitness level or preference is.

They also offer Resting Metabolic Rate testing and a slick app that breaks down your biological age, longevity insights, and training targets

Can’t recommend this place enough for anyone who wants to take their fitness seriously and get real data behind their training.
