Last week ended our 300H advanced TTC:)
It was an amazing journey and I will share
more about it in few days 🤗
For now I want to share more about their practicum✨✨

In the end of every training the students get to teach full led class and I get to practice 😍
The best deal!

So in the end of our 300H advanced TTC they get to teach full led intermediate series 🥁🥁 which means that I get to practice full led intermediate everyday for a whole week ! Like in the good old days in Mysore 😎

Here you have the second day of our practicum:)
Thank you @ofri_bengal , @ido_garty , @roni_hornstein and @ronigozali for the wonderful class you gave🩷

You guys rock 🔥

Today we started the 5th week of our 300H advanced TTC.
I love teaching this course.
We have all the time in the world to go deeper into the texts and philosophy, expand our asana practice, our Sanskrit level, go more profound in anatomy & physiology.

So much gratitude to the teachers , assistants and space holders that are together with me in this:
@roza_ilatov
@ohadinte
@suki_sukhi
@_shellyoga_
@yuval_yaronn

I’m sharing some photos from our last month together.
We have 3 more weeks to go✨✨✨
Super happy to spend this precious time with this special group :)
It’s like a breath of fresh air 🤍

For me Ashtanga yoga is first and foremost a community:)
A group of like minded people who love this practice , the intensity, the sweat, the inner more energetic realms that come into play in such deep leveles through this practice.

I would say that ashtangis have a secret bond ✨✨
That same bond brought me back to Mysore over and over again for more than a decade.
And now I have the privilege to enable this bond here where I live .

I joined forces with @roza_ilatov and together we hosted a community gathering of our students, friends and colleagues:)

I share some of the photos and videos here with you ❤️

Thank you Roza for capturing these beautiful moments ✨🫶
Our next Ashtanga community gathering is coming really soon , stay tuned 😍
