You can build a body people admire.

A business people envy.

And still feel like you’re failing behind your own front door.

I know. I’ve lived it.

In 2012, I was lonely, miserable and directionless.

I lost 38kg. Built a £30k side hustle into a £250k-a-year business.

Travelled the world helping people feel comfortable in their own skin.

But while I was helping everyone else,

I wasn’t giving my wife, my children or myself what we needed.

I knew how to work harder.
I had a lot to learn about being present.

Then I lost money. Closed my business. And had to rebuild.

I had to face how often I’d tried to earn my worth by being useful.
Being needed. Saving everyone while putting myself last.

With support from @dom_alpha21 @carl_alpha21 I rebuilt my health, lost 14kg and began understanding the patterns I’d been repeating.

And through my work, I’ve seen how much can change when people start facing what’s held them back.

I’ve sat with men as they opened up about pain they’d carried for years.

Clients have told me they’re sleeping better, feeling comfortable in their own skin and finding the confidence to date again.

I’ve seen people write books, make more money and double or triple their businesses.

Those are individual experiences, not promises. Their effort and circumstances matter.

But behind those outcomes are people finally taking steps they’d been putting off.

Maybe that’s where you are.

Capable. Caring. Holding everything together.

But overthinking your next move.
Saying yes when you mean no.
Hiding behind “I’m fine.”

That’s why I’ve recreated Identity Unlock, built around my Breakthrough Method.

Coaching, breathwork, in-person events and a community to help you understand your patterns and practise changing them.

For men seeking confidence, direction and presence.

For women wanting to stop carrying everything and reconnect with themselves and their femininity, on their terms.

The aim is to give you tools you can keep using.

To back yourself. Be present. Pursue the life you keep imagining.

I’ve worn the mask of having it all together.

You don’t have to wait until it falls apart.

DM me “UNLOCK” to explore the Breakthrough Method.

Come and experience a bespoke 60minute lymphatic ritual in just over a minute ☁️

Nourishing @dom_alpha21 with intentional, nurturing touch to encourage deep relaxation of the nervous system, allowing him to feel held, supported and gently drop into the parasympathetic state the body’s natural rest, digest and recovery mode

Through gentle, rhythmic techniques, facial lymphatic drainage supports the movement of lymph fluid, helping to reduce the appearance of puffiness, ease fluid retention and leave the face looking refreshed, sculpted and revitalised ☁️

Beyond the face, we explore the fascinating connection between the lymphatic system and the brain’s glymphatic system a network involved in clearing metabolic waste from the brain, particularly during sleep, creating space for deep relaxation and restorative rest ☁️

A moment to soften
A space to surrender
An invitation for the body to rest, restore and reconnect

Because true nourishment is about more than what we see on the outside it’s about how we feel within 🌿

This is what happened to Scott after 2 years with Alpha21 💪

For his second photoshoot, he came back over 7kg heavier while maintaining the same level of definition and conditioning.

Beyond the physical results, he's changed his lifestyle, gone two years without drinking, and learned how to stay consistent even while working across different countries.

His biggest takeaway?

Having a blueprint he could take anywhere and make work.

Because getting in shape after 35 is about finding an approach that works for you and sticking to it, even when things change.

If you've been training for years but still feel like you're going in circles, it might be time to look at what your body actually needs.

The goal was never just to get lighter…

It was to get healthier, feel better and build a body that could keep performing well for years to come.

Bill’s transformation is a great example of what can happen when you stop waiting for things to get worse and start taking action on what’s actually holding you back.

If you know it’s time to take your health seriously…

DM “ALPHA” and we’ll show you where to start.

Comment “fingerprint” below and I’ll send you the quiz that shows where your body might be deficient and underperforming.

Two years ago I was yo-yoing with my weight.

Foggy. Underperforming. No idea why.

I thought I was doing everything right.

Training. Eating clean. Working hard.

Still felt like I was falling apart.

Then I found out my brain needed fat, not less of it.

Low carb was wrecking my cognition the whole time.

I got my blood work checked by a specialist, not my GP.

Turns out the NHS compares you to a sick population, not an optimal one.

Normal isn’t optimal.

I found out my testosterone was low.

Nobody warns you that low testosterone is a silent killer.

You can look healthy and still be falling apart underneath.

I stopped fearing cholesterol.

Three eggs and egg whites every morning now.

Cholesterol builds testosterone.

I learned my hormones run the whole operation.

Testosterone drives ambition.

Cortisol regulates stress.

Thyroid controls energy.

Growth hormone governs recovery.

I got around men who were already living at the level I wanted.

Alpha21 forced me to level up faster than I ever could alone.

Grateful for Dom, Kyle, Mark, and every man in that room.

I started seeking resistance instead of avoiding it.

Challenge sharpens the mind.

Challenge hardens the body.

Challenge builds men who lead instead of follow.

My family and my business are better because I stopped ignoring my body.

Certainty is attractive.

Being sharp is attractive.

Being in control of your health is attractive.

If you’re not prioritising it, it will knock you off your perch when you least expect it.

Comment “fingerprint” below.

I’ll send you the quiz that shows exactly where your body is deficient and underperforming.

Here’s my expert opinion on why you shouldn’t invest in a massage gun.

Honestly they’re expensive toys.

Yes to some degree they can be beneficial, but people spend ££££ on a device they rarely use and incorrectly.

Firstly: Tens or EMS device
Uses and electric current to create muscle contraction. I’ll be honest I take mine everywhere with me, because if I have an ache or pain that I can’t reach it has great benefit and alleviation. Key things never use the pads on the same side always opposite, and if you have any conditions that are susceptible to electrical currents it’s a no.

Foam roller
Tier class. Best invention since the wheel. Helps release myofascial tension, adhesions, great pressure and can be used almost anywhere. Biggest flaw is not the foam roller it’s just that people don’t use it enough.

Lastly massage guns
They can be great but only really beneficial in certain areas. They are way over priced and people tend to use the incorrect head which can create more trauma.

Comment below devices if you want me to send you the exact links to these things so you don’t waste your money.

Also share this so people know more and bring awareness to real self recovery

Let that sink in.

Three years.

2023.

Peak of my photography career.

That was the last time I woke up and recognized the man looking back at me.

A few days ago, my mate @carl_alpha21 said something that stopped me dead.

“You’ve forgotten who you are.”

Six words.

Felt like a punch to the chest.

That’s the depth of this man.

Head coach at Alpha21 for a reason.

Six words, and three years of pain ended. Because he was right.

I’ve forgotten why I used to love life so much.

That fire.

That drive.

That confidence that used to radiate out of me.

For the last year I haven’t been living.

I’ve been coping.

Waking up just trying to make it work.

Not leading.

Not driving.

Surviving.

I started digging into why.

Read three books that cracked it open.

How to Run Your Own Life.

Outwitting the Devil.

The Courage to Be Disliked.

Here’s what they showed me.

Somewhere in the grind of sales, deep conversations with men every day, I stopped being me.

I started performing a version of me.

Not my natural confidence.

Borrowed style.

My passion was missing.

I was unnecessarily struggling.

Part of it was finally understanding my ADHD.

Learning how my brain works, instead of fighting it every day.

Two reasons I asked to join Alpha21.

One: I’ve never met another man I believe in more than @dom_alpha21

I wanted to help him win.

Two: @alpha21_transformations is one of the most powerful systems I’ve witnessed.

Watch this space.

In two to three years this business will be ten times the size it is today.

Not luck. Not hope.

Because it’s that good. Because it changes lives. Mine included.

The last 3 years of stress, poor sleep, and worse choices did their damage.

Chronic stress alone can tank testosterone.

Add inconsistent food, training, no recovery, and mine was on the floor.

That was the wake up call.

How am I supposed to lead my kids? Protect Jade?

Show up for my family, if I’m not leading myself first?

Next 6 months, I’m documenting the whole comeback.

Raw. Unedited. No filter.

I’ve got nothing to sell you here.

I’m just taking you with me while I get myself back.

Follow along, if you’re in a season of rebu

I spend a lot of time telling other men to raise their standards.

So it’s only right I do the same.

This week I’ve been putting myself through Week 1 of the new Alpha21 Performance Pathway.

Six areas tested:

- Max Strength
- Aerobic Fitness
- Relative Strength
- Explosive Power
- Movement Capacity
- Recovery Readiness

All combining to give me an overall Alpha21 Performance Index (API) score.

I went into this thinking I’m pretty fit, healthy, strong and well-rounded.

And in some areas, I am.

In others, I got humbled pretty quickly.

Which is exactly why this process exists.

You can feel “fit”.
You can look in good shape.
You can train consistently.

But until you actually test performance properly, you don’t really know where the gaps are.

Over the next 12 weeks, I’ll be working through a full performance cycle built around my results, with the goal of improving the areas that need it most.

And I’ll be documenting the whole thing.

Because Alpha21 is becoming about far more than simply improving health markers.

Health is the foundation.

But the next question is:

How strong, fit, resilient and capable can you actually become?

Time to find out.

28 days out.

For the last few months, the focus has been pretty simple. Training, recovery, nutrition, consistency, and showing up even when things weren’t perfect.

The Alpha21 Apex Event in Portugal is the next milestone.

🎙️ COMING UP IN THE NEXT EDITION…

I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with George Galanopoulos, CEO of Luxaviation UK, for a very open and insightful conversation for the next edition of Power of Men Magazine.

George speaks candidly about mental health, ADHD, leadership and the realities behind success - showing why conversations like these matter, particularly amongst men in senior positions.

It’s powerful to hear someone at the top of the aviation industry speak so openly and honestly about subjects that are still too often kept behind closed doors.

A fantastic interview, and one I’m incredibly proud to feature in our next edition.

🎥 Here’s a little glimpse of our conversation…

Coming soon in Power of Men Magazine.
