Today I’m sharing a little mani collab with @donkdoesnails to celebrate the INCREDIBLE Canadian lacquer brand @inspiredsense !!!!!!!!!! 🩷🩷🩷 We came up with this idea when we heard that Inspired Sense is making a return to our community and reopening her shop!!!! We couldn’t be more excited for her!!!! 😘🎉 Trish makes such gorgeous nail polish, we can’t wait to see what she creates next!!! 🤩 Donk is wearing the incredibly glowy Water Nymph, and I think it literally looks like she has an ocean in her nails 😍🩵🩵🩵 I’m wearing 3 coats of Celestial Body 🩷💎🪩🩵 This is such a hard polish to capture - it shifts from blue/green to pink/purple and has a stunning amount of holo pigment!! It’s so ethereal and my camera had so much trouble capturing its beauty. I wore this one for my trip to visit my partners family over Thanksgiving weekend and it was the star of the show 😂 I have to give a special thanks to my partners sisters who took such cool photos for me!!! Even his cousin tried to capture them in her kitchen because she said they looked like they were ombré’d from pink to turquoise but nobody’s camera could capture it!! Trust that this is such a special one and needs to be appreciated in person for the full effect 🙂‍↕️ this one’s a compliment getter!!!

Hey, I’m interrupting my nail feed to bring you this mushy post. Skip, if you don’t wanna read such obscene words of affection. When I first started this account, my only real intention was to keep a diary of my weekly manicures for 2026 because I didn’t want to subject my friends and family to my finger wiggles. I would occasionally post in the Redditlaqerista sub if I did something I felt particularly proud of or did something crazy with a horseshoe magnet in the pursuit of a glass bead, but overall it wasn’t a good way to keep a ‘portfolio’ of my work. A New Years Resolution, a personal goal, something low stakes and fun that I felt I could actually complete for once in my life. Just a gallery of 52 nart manis. Something just for me, yenno? If people ended up liking my nails, neat. If I made them laugh cause I was being insane with magnets and an Outback Steakhouse Koala, cool. If someone was willing to take a risk in asking me to swatch, then awesome and I’m sorry in advance lol. But now I’m 16 weeks in (omg consistency!), I am swatching for several awesome brands now which is frankly WILD 🤯🤯🤯, and somehow have reached 407 followers! Hello by the way and thank you! Anyway, I never expected to find community here. To make friends with so many incredibly kind, crazy talented, hilarious, supportive and creative individuals who love to talk about nail polish as much as I do and are so willing to share what they know with me while also lifting me up and cheering me on. I’ve been having so much fun and finding so much joy in this small section of the internet with you all, so I made a stupid reel about it to express my appreciation and how grateful I am. So yeah…thank you and I love you guys. 🥹

Today I’m unboxing my order from @whatsupnails I picked up some polishes and my favorite cuticle serum! I shopped @clionadhcosmetics was so thrilled to be able to get Butterfly Pea Flower that my friend @donkdoesnails did a manicure with that had been living rent free in my mind 😂 I also snagged Psychonaut and Mickey Magic Then I was totally influenced to buy I Yam What I am from a lovely YouTube creator Marin Messy Mx On IG @messy.mx Checkout her out nice peaceful YouTube content. Twinning with my best nail friend @donkdoesnails ❤️ When we discovered we both ordered this @moonshinemani polish called Smaug, we knew we had to twin. Donk and I talk pretty much everyday and I'm so glad nail polish has brought me such an awesome friend who shares interests with me beyond just polish! Donk is the absolute queen of magnetic polishes and I admire her manicures so much 🫶 This polish is beautiful, but like Donk said in her post, the magnetic effect is very subtle and only shows in bright direct light. It's still a pretty polish, but in lowlight it's definitely more subdued. Also, peep the mushroom in the last slide 🍄‍🟫 Polish: • @moonshinemani Smaug (2 coats)
