I remember arriving @dharanaatshillim last February, having travelled from the depths of an English winter into this extraordinary sanctuary in India. The birdsong is sooooooo beautiful and it’s all day long, it’s like they are all your friends celebrating that you have officially landed in paradise! The air!!! It is so pure, soft and warm it’s like a giant gentle welcoming hug 🤗 ❤️ And almost immediately, you feel the layers of the UK beginning to fall away. It’s difficult to describe. You really have to experience it. 5–11 February 2027. Six magical days. Six days of complete immersion in yoga, Ayurveda, nature, nourishment, deep rest and the most wonderful company. You’ll practise yoga with me and other incredible teachers, walk through breathtaking landscapes, breathe some of the cleanest, freshest mountain air imaginable and enjoy delicious, nourishing food inspired by Ayurvedic principles. You’ll experience wonderful Ayurvedic treatments tailored to your individual dosha, alongside so many other extraordinary, sometimes mind-blowing experiences that I simply cannot wait to share with you. But perhaps the most magical part of all is how you are made to feel. Completely held and cared for and absolutely spoilt rotten. ❤️ The kindness, generosity and warmth of the people who look after you is something I will never forget. Every little detail is considered. Every experience feels special. You can explore more of India before you arrive, stay longer afterwards, or simply fly into Mumbai and join us for these six extraordinary days. Time to reconnect with yourself. To breathe deeply. To be nourished, nurtured and reminded of how wonderful it feels to simply BE. It is, quite simply, one of the most extraordinary places I’ve ever experienced. And I cannot tell you how excited I am to return and share every single part of it with you. ❤️ JUST TWO ROOMS REMAINING If you feel the song 🎶 🐦 , I’d absolutely love you to join us. Please dm me or email maria@weareblessed.co.uk and we can send you more information. Lots of love Niki ❤️🤸💃🙏☀️🇮🇳 #BlessedYoga #YogaRetreatIndia #DharanaShillim #AyurvedicWe

Press trips are always a bit of a delicate dance. You’re thrown together with strangers, often for a few nights away and you hope and hope you’ll connect with at least ONE person. But what happens when you throw together a bunch of British-based babes and two South Africans? Pure magic, mayhem and connection. @domainemadrona @polkadotelephant_ @alexandradudley thank you for having us ❤️

Paris and Nicole- ahem sorry- Rosie and Millie take @medicinefestival Ancestral intelligence over artificial intelligence all the way! This festival, to put it simply, teaches us to remember who we are and where we came from. As a coach, I’ve learnt time and time again that people don’t go by what they know (else we’d have no smokers on this planet) they go by what they feel. So we have to do the things that create a feeling that sparks the momentum for positive change. This festival does exactly that, and exactly what it says on the tin! Thank you @hearthworks @doolalllie @polkadotelephant_ for having me 💫

Seven for Sunday On time for once. This week my attention has wandered in these directions… 1. Café of the week. It’s a tie between @boatyardbakery because nothing beats sitting on the water (especially when it’s with the goddess that is @lalliebutterfield and the heavenly BB/Buddha Baby), and @vegbox_cafe because nothing beats their classic wrap. 2. Talking about Veg Box, they do a wicked ube matcha latte. Matcha is just too grassy on its own for me but the addition of ube gives it a bit of sweetness (plus it looks pretty). I also love the rose pomegranate matcha from @exetersacredgrounds. Bought a pistachio one by @momafoods on a rare visit to @waitrose and it’s yummy (but a bit too processed for me) so I’m going to have a go at making my own. 3. The Rapture. Very few books really stay with me but this from @lizjensenwriter did. I read it 16 years ago and thought it prescient then (and absolutely terrifying). Now there’s a TV series (BBC). To my mind they’ve taken the teeth out of it. I was expecting the new Edge of Darkness but, alas, no. Maybe because the original was too pessimistic? Will it make more people think about the realities of climate change? One just has to hope, right? 4. The Canadian Traitors (and Hollywood Jade @hollywoodjade in particular). Because, for once, people are actually thinking (well, not Lisette, bless her). 5. Magnesium. I was sent this by @healthymetalhq and…interesting. Magnesium glycinate is one of the easiest forms to absorb and firmly linked with better sleep. I like this because it’s not buffered with anything and comes in a pleasant tasting drink (my usual magnesium brand comes in horse pills that are tricky to swallow). Only downside? It’s about three times the cost. 6. I think I really want this hair. 7. When I posted about @nebriefing before, it tanked like no other post EVER (aside from the out of focus picture of my slipper in a Mongolian ger). I hate the logo (makes it look like a sub-branch of R*f*rm but the message is vital (and it’s not all doom and gloom). Or, watch The Rapture first and then decide…

A couple of weeks ago, I spent four magical days in south-west France on a dream of a shoot for @domainemadrona & @querubi_olive_oil. My absolute favourite kind of shoot is when I’m capturing as much outdoors as inside, flitting between beautifully designed interiors and abundant gardens and natural landscapes. At Madrona and Querubi, I was waking at the crack of dawn to wander among olive groves, navigating a traditional French market in search of supplies for a group lunch, messing up beds and strategically placing cups of coffee and flaky croissants, strolling around lavender and butterfly filled gardens, tasting wine on a biodynamic vineyard planted and tended according to the lunar cycles, directing wine sipping on the back of an inflatable swan, and learning how the very best olive oil is made — all with my camera in hand. I have much, much more to share from this shoot (stories coming soon) but here are a few first glimpses. Shots featuring @lalliebutterfield, @_katherinebrennan, @polkadotelephant_, @fieldnotesbykate & @elliebtraveller.

Moments from a week at @domainemadrona... As you drive along winding roads towards Domaine Madrona, the mountains around the dusty tracks become ever wilder, quieter, and more beautiful. In the deepest untamed Eastern Pyrenees, we spent time with the team over a sun-drenched week of long lunches amid the buzzing bee-filled lavender bushes, feasting on market provisions, sun-weary dips in the pool, oil tasting right there on site where the Querubi magic is bottled, visits to nearby Elne, Collioure, and Ceret, wine tasting at the extraordinary @mascareil and merry dinners fuelled by lively discussions and bountiful plates and glasses of local delights of all kinds. What has stayed with us the most are the people behind it - the beating heart of the ecosystem there. It would be hard to find a team more connected to the land, more dedicated to their community and craft, than Holly, Willem and the wider Querubi team. Everything here is done for a reason, nothing is wasted, all things are honoured, which more often than not also means doing it the hard way. Querubi has been farming entirely chemical-free for over 20 years, embracing regenerative, soil-positive methods that come with challenges, unpredictability and extra work, but also produce extraordinary olive oil and thriving land that feels alive in every sense. Now we are home it’s time to turn dreaming into action - stay tuned for more news and stories from @domainemadrona and @querubi_olive_oil 🫒
